My son age 15 bought an item from girastore on may 2, its now may 18th and nothing. We got a conformation sent to my email but when i went to their website it was shut down. I don't know how to get his money back and they have my credit card info! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I found out doing some investigation that it was a shopify store I complained to them about girastore and they appeared to have shut it down.

Yep this is a total scam do not order from this company will not get your product and you will not be able to contact them. I which I would have looked into company before I ordered, web sight looks totally legit but there not.

I ordered a pc tablet from them just this past Monday I kinda had suspicion because it was only $14.95 They sent me confirmation for my order but will not respond back to me DoNot Ever order from them ever

It's a SCAM !! THANK GOD I LOOKED INTO IT BEFORE HANDING OVER MY CREDIT CARD!! It just seemed shady and very sketchy when they kept having grammatical errors in the item descriptions, but the biggest red flag for me was that no matter what item your searching for they were all priced the same exact amount of $14.95 !! The website is Fulcro which is just another bogus website name!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, TOTALLY FAKE FAKE

Ordered a tablet 2 weeks ago. No communications since. They took my money and ran! Yes, phone # is fake. Hoping I can at least get my funds reversed through my card. Incidents such as this is what makes me want to never do business online. POSs

These fools should be removed from the internet. My bank said my money was going to Barcelona, Spain, and some kind of extra charge. So much for that present for my wife. Their phone number is fake, their mailing address doesn’t exist. I hope they can be removed.

This is a scam. Not sure what to do but my credit card company is at least revering the charges. They said they will investigate but seems I was scammed. No phone number and my printer will not even print the bogus invoice. It says file corrupt.
Do not order from this company! I’m not sure why this site has not been taken down or reported.

I'm glad it was only $15 I spent on a paper shredder. I must contact google and inform them of fraud committed. Its been a week and nothing. No update tracking process.
However I do have an update. I checked my bank account and girastore is not even based in Texas
Here's another update.they are also using a name fulco.
Do not purchase. Its the same company that will scam you. Same app layout , same phone number
Its based in Barcelona Spain.
Call your bank and make a formal complaint on this fictitious company.
BEWARE! UPDATE
I was searching for bike pumps and came across a app with unusual name of
Felsha. I clicked onto the bike pump to view it, its named marcushopy and its the exact same layout as the gila one that ripped us off.
It also has that same phone number.
Be very careful everyone. Do not shop on unknown apps and false reviews!

Scam scam scam I've already got the BBB looking into this company don't buy anything from them I've learned my lesson from now on when I order anything online I'm checking out the site first

They are a scam and they do not answer your emails and they send you nothing

They take your money and send you nothing. They don't answer phones or emails. SCAM DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
