received email from this place saying i ordered from them when i never heard of them. they have my address and name and for some reason my old ass AIM account name that i have not used in 15+ years.

Got free socks as an order but got an email from them now saying that they cancelled my order because their own promotional code turned out to be invalid. They should’ve figured that out before I finished the order.

Love the leggings. Absolute worst customer service. No 800#. No chat. Suck it return policy. They sent me someone else’s order. What am I supposed to do with this if there is no legitimate way to contact customer service? I have several pairs of their leggings. Will never buy from them again because of their terrible customer support. This is simply not acceptable in the era of online commerce,

As the review below mentioned, their customer service is AWFUL. They received my return over 3 weeks ago now and not a peep about processing the refund, despite my 3 attempts to follow up. Their products are great, but I don't think I'll be able to stomach buying from them again knowing that they owe me $100.

Great products, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am owed almost $100 refund and I have been unable to redeem it. I have sent half a dozen emails over the last month with zero response and they do not have a phone number listed ANYWHERE. I am very disappointed because I wanted to order more products.

Do not order from them unless you are 100% sure you will not have to do a refund or exchange.

I have leggings which I love, they look and feel amazing. Great value for price. Really nice colours and very flattering.

Only thing that’s disappointing is they are made in Vietnam despite selling to a Western market so the idea that they are sustainable is silly - another inauthentic brand using it as a marketing ploy unfortunately

I absolutely love this brand. They make products out of recycled water bottles and pay their factory workers fair wages to work in safe environments. The first pair of leggings I had lasted over 5 years. I have just received the bike short, paloma bra and pocket leggings and they are so comfy. I know they will last for years to come! I love this company and their products.

Just wanted to give some feedback (specifically for someone buying out of the US like I did)
Quality wise they were great, stitching and material feels fantastic. I got the paloma bra and new pocket leggings. The leggings were okay, not that much elastic in the waist so I find they fall down a lot if you’re doing cardio but the pockets were a good size even for a big phone. For the paloma bra if you’re on the smaller side for cup size I recommend sizing up what they suggest if you haven’t got a petite frame - as there is no padding it will compress your boobs quite a lot and I found it quite difficult to get it on and off over shoulders despite fitting my rib cage (don’t love that material is thin enough for nipples to be on show). Be aware that returns are pretty much impossible as someone before me mentioned, so if you’re ordering overseas and you don’t like it you won’t have much luck sending it back without a bit of difficulty. Overall they’re comfortable-ish, but I would stick to their usual compression legging if buying for workouts other than yoga and if you have have larger shoulders like me and don’t mind lack of padding size up on the bra :)

Getting in touch with them has been impossible.

The return part of their website would not work for me--even though I tried it with 2 different browsers and my smartphone. I tried the chat option on their website; it said someone would be with me soon. I waited one hour and no one ever came. I searched both on and off their website for a phone number for anywhere in their company. Boy, they REALLY don't want anyone to call them.

If they are entirely shut down due to Covid19, I can understand that. They should just make their website reflect that fact.

I would appreciate a phone call from them with some customer service attached. But I won't hold my breath.

It has been 16 days since I order from them. They took the money out immediately. So I look how to contact them . It is only by email which auto generate a responds they will get back to you in 1-2 days. It’s been 7 working days with several emails yet no response. All I want is what I paid for and they have my money. From AZ

Update : Finally today I received an email back from GFC which was written yesterday. Not sure why it was not here this morning but at 5pm today it was here. Also my package was here. I have changed their rating from 1 to 4. It is not 5 because of the difficulty in contacting GFC.
But the presentation you receive for GFC is out of this world. Yes it is fantastic. The garments come in a very nice zip cloth bag which I know my daughter will love the leggings and Bra as well as the wonder presentation. Yes I will by from them again!!!

I am so amazed by my Girlfriend leggings. They look pretty much spanking new despite wearing them several times a week for the past 3 years. They are durable, flexible and keep shape really well. Even when I took a nasty tumble off my bike in an accident I had no scrapes or cuts on my legs. I'm sure if I'd been wearing any other leggings the material would have torn and so would've my skin too...

Such a great purchase! They have a very good range of colours and their website is easy to navigate. I ordered the red ochre compressive high-rise leggings 7/8 length in size M and paloma bra in size S. Both very true to size! I usually wear UK size 10-12/US size 6 and 34B bra size. The fabric is really soft and stretchy and just the right amount of high-rise to look very flattering on the body. It's also great to know that they are a sustainable and eco-friendly brand and they use a variety of models on their website to show how the leggings fit women with different body types. Would absolutely recommend!

I've had my Girlfriend leggings--made from recycled plastic waterbottles!--for 6 years now. They REFUSE to stretch out or pill. They have faded in colour only slightly, but no one would know that by looking at them.
Girlfriend leggings have a slight "compressing" effect that sculpts the waist and legs while also lifting the booty. My lower half always looks amazing when I wear these leggings.
Given that Girlfriend Collective is making massive strides to counteract plastic pollution AND they make some of the best athletic wear out there, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
