Why do I always receive my mail several days after I should receive it! I receive rents on the due date from other agents. Perhaps they need to update their software programme !

Very impressed with the speed of finding a suitable tenant .Felt some of the expenses incurred were quite high and unexpected although probably my fault for not reading the paper work in depth .

I do feel they have improved a great deal, but I still think they could do more With advising Landlords in advance of any extra charges that will appear on their statements

Girlings are a very professional company which provide excellent service. They may not be the cheapest but if you want peace of mind for your letting they are highly recommended.
