Very good quality clothing, fabric felt lovely to touch and felt very comfortable when on. Unfortunately I did have to send my purchase back but I would say that the clothes in general are true to size just what I ordered didn't suit me. When I emailed about a return they responded very fast and got a code sent over to me the next day. Will definitely order again from here.

I needed a dress urgently so I was pleasantly surprised with its quick delivery. The problem I have is that the dress arrived very crumpled as if it had gone to the moon and back. It was very hard to get the creases out. I like the dress but I think it looked better in the picture than it does in real life. I love the items on the website so I will be ordering again but I hope the next one does not arrive so crushed.

I ordered on the 23rd November. Parcel sent via royal mail. I could tell this was missing as soon as it was meant to be delivered on the 26th Nov. It didnt turn up and the parcel hadnt been scanned since Tuesday 25th, Same message showing. I emailed on the 27th and did get a response on the 28th telling me to wait a week for a refund. Its now the 5th and yes its still the same status and no parcel just like I said on the 27th in the email. I have emailed and contacted since and no response. I just need the money back now its christmas and need to order elsewhere. Some were gifts.

Reasonable priced clothes and a good service ,returned a dress and was refunded . Then on another order the Royal Mail lost a parcel and again it was sorted out by Girl In Mind and refunded

A fabulous company with such amazingly beautiful clothes and all of great quality. However I would like to comment on the customer service. It was outstanding! Fast, reassuring and accurate! Also which I did not expect a whole conversation was had “out of hours” which is true dedication in my opinion. Thank you so so much and I definitely will be ordering again.

Very recently ordered several sale items, quality was of course superb however my wife was not sure about the sizing - The team from GIM were super helpful sorting out the returns and make it a really easy process, we felt they went above and beyond to help us get the best possible outcome, thank you!

Brilliant customer service , very understanding, I bought a gorgeous dress and realised it was going to be to big , I have lost weight so ordered a smaller size , I e mailed customer service and they replied straight away saying it wouldn’t be a problem

Have placed two orders from this company. Found them very helpful to deal with as to email them on a delivery. Very prompt reply. Their clothing is very nice and good quality. Very happy and will order again.

Ordered a dress and the quality was pretty poor. It cost €9.95 for delivery. I returned the dress which cost €13.00. Lesson learned! I haven't yet received the refund for the dress, so I can't comment on the speed of refund or my experience with that process but so far I am very unimpressed and will never order from Girl In Mind again.

Placed an order today and realised the wrong shipped address was entered. I contacted customer service and they managed to change it to the correct address within 30 mins. Amazing customer service cannot wait to receive my dresses 😍😍
