Amazing customer service, helpful and friendly advice. A really enjoyable experience

Extremely unprofessional service.

I ordered a dress for a family wedding weeks in advance, coming close to the time I was informed the dress hadn't been returned by a previous customer and i couldn't avail of it. I then choose two other dresses which i was then also informed these were also not available. Baring in mind, there website indicated all dresses were available for the dates i wished to hire.

This business needs to conduct an immediate review of how they operate and the policies they have in place for when unforeseen circumstances occur like this in the future!

An absolute waste of my money and time.
I can confirm i will never use this service again and would definitely not recommend to any customer.

I read great reviews about this dress hire . Was quite happy with service to begin with, ordered a dress I liked to try on, they sent me dress I asked for and a colour I’d not asked for, they said that other colour wasn’t in stock. I sent both dresses back and paid my £30 try on fee.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen personal circumstances , I am now not going to the races so don’t need the dress. I have let them know in plenty of time 6/7 weeks that I don’t require dress.

I was told I don’t get a refund, I should have read policy of refund. So basically I got a refund for the colour dress I didn’t ask for , and they get to keep £89 for not even doing anything. It’s an expensive experience, they took £208 to start with . I had to chase for my refund on dress not needed. I’m not very happy at all , suc a rip off website. 🤬🤬

Dress arrived early and was absolutely perfect. It looked brand new. Return v easy. Will never be buying an occasion dress again. Highly highly recommended.

The Marchessa dress was stunning accurate picture and so special. I wore to my 6th form leavers ball. Sizing very accurate I am 5ft 7 and a standard size 8. it was almost too long needing heels …
we organised a try on and dress duly arrived to be quickly tried and returned and then the dress arrived 2 days before we needed it. Will definitely do this again !!!

I had a great experience with Girl Meets Dress! I used the advance try on service (and the dress was absolutely amazing and in great condition) and the dress arrived about 4 days before my actual event. I sent the dress back the following Monday and they even refunded the shipping costs! Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again!

Terrible experience. Ordered 3 dresses marked as available on their website for a wedding. They informed me finally that 1 out of 3 was available, I gave alternative options and firmed an order for 3.

At the end, the day of the delivery (one day before the wedding) they cancelled me the order quoting they will not be able to deliver on time (1 pm on the same delivery day). They did not give any 24 hours notice from the event day, I was left stranded and with nothing to wear for the wedding.

Avoid at all costs, pathetic service, if they can not deliver their orders, they should be out of business due to their nature of their services.
