Great concept and a good personal service. One of the dresses didn’t come with a tag on, which I was concerned meant we may need to pay for even if not worn but I sent an email to let them know and it was no problem.
Dresses were delivered and collected. I used the service for my 17 year old daughter to avoid buying a long dress which would never be worn again snd highly recommend it for other mums for proms etc.
The refund on the unworn dresses was prompt.

Do I have to give one star? I'd rather give zero. This is by far the most shocking customer service experience of my life. The dress arrived in time (after I had to chase for a delivery update but it did arrive), I quickly tried it on in a hurry and it fitted fine. I didn't inspect it any further as it is stated on their website that all dresses get dry cleaned between every single exchange. The next day, the day of my event, I discover that the rim of the dress is quite dirty and I had to spend a consider amount of time to clean it off. I took pictures and raised it as an issue with the company and asked if they would give me a partial refund. Then it kicks off. The customer support person (who never wanted to confirm their name despite repeatedly asking for it) told me I had made all of this up because I didn't take the pictures on day one of arrival. Then they went on to say that they could provide dry cleaner receipts which I did then request, but then all of a sudden these receipts contained 'confidential financial information' so they weren't able to share them with me (after offering it in the first place! Big mouth backfired there). The way this person was talking to me was absolutely jaw dropping and so incredibly cheeky and rude. It is such a shame because the concept is great. However, I will never be using this company again and will spread this word to everyone I know thinking about hiring a dress. Do not engage with this company ever.

The customer service was great, really helpful and patient. The dress was beautiful and exactly how it looked on the order. The process was easy, safe, and quick. I’ll be using them for all my future events.

If you are going to order from this company I strongly suggest you have a backup option in place and don't get too excited about the dresses you are looking to hire. Mine never arrived and they didn't take much responsibility for it - instead blaming the delivery company. I had to call in order to get my refund made before my supposedly delayed delivery arrived. Also, they aren't open at the weekends so if your event is at the weekend I'd make sure you chase like crazy in the days leading up to it - as you get no response on a Saturday!

Website is not super intuitive but very fast and clear customer service response.

Very efficient, and the dress was in perfect condition. It arrived 2 days early but communication inside the box was clear about the hire-date being only the length of time I hired the dress for.

I recommend this company given their customer centric focus and efficient service. Lovely dresses, they have something for everyone! Give it a go!!

I've rented two dresses from Girls meet dress and I can't wait to have an occasion to rent a dress from them again. Not only do they have a lot of options but the customer service is amazing. They are very helpful and flexible. The showroom was closed at the time but they made sure that I will have enough options in case the dress didn't fit. Kinda of needed my dress fast and they were able to bring it to me the next day but they also have the SOS option to get it the same day.
I can only advise that if you need to rent a dress go on their website.

The most responsive customer service, and genuine care for me getting a dress for my event. Including a last minute change because the one I ordered was too big. Both dresses were absolutely gorgeous and great quality! Can’t wait to get another one. Thanks team!

I am grateful to this company for ideal service, help, on-time delivery. The company provided me with the full and true description of the item. It was a pleasure to deal with it. I got a brilliant dress, a lot of emotions and a plenty of compliments. If it was my chance to make a perfect first impression, I can say for sure I managed to do it!!! And my outfit was instrumenral.

I can now see why this company gets such bad reviews.
My first experience was diabolical. Firstly they didn’t have the first dress I wanted which is absolutely fine so I then choose two substitute dresses which they confirmed were in stock and would come the day before my event. They didn’t even after many chasers so left me high and dry for a wedding without a dress.
Would avoid this company at all costs - if I could have given them negative stars I would have.

I ordered 3 dresses. The package arrived couple days before my event so had plenty of time to try them all out and choose the best one. Have to say didn't expect the process to be so easy. Will definitely use again.

The dress fit perfectly and it was very good quality. I found it met my expectations and the photos were truthful. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars it’s because the website, at the moment of placing the order, it won’t notify you what it’s available for rental or not and it can create delays. However the team was very efficient on resolving the issue and for this reason, I would use them again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful dress.

Great customer service, right down to the WhatsApp telling me my dress was 10 min away from being delivered. Speed was excellent - I put my order in at 10pm Monday night for an event on Wednesday. By Tuesday teatime I had the dress and it fit perfectly. Will definitely be using again.
