I usually love the eyelashes but…
I usually love the eyelashes but recently it appears that they have got rid of all the good ones and are only keeping up the ones don’t sell. I’ve been in contact serval times only to be ignored, very disappointing as I really liked this brand for years but they have none of the good products for sale anymore and don’t seem to reply to people not even just me when asking where all the good products have gone , seems as if they don’t care about their brand anymore.

I have never had any issues until my last order. There was the wrong pallette arrive. I emailed sent a picture and within days the correct pallette arrived.

The best lashes !! Such good value , I get so many compliments!
The customer service is amazing too - I made a mistake and ordered the wrong lashes , I contacted them and they sorted it for me straight away no issues and super quick postage. Highly recommended!!
