I ordered my items on 4/12/25 . Nothing has been received so far (11/12/25) and also no communication from the company. Today I'm emailed to give a review on my purchase!!

Don’t use these!!!!

Took my money for an order and it’s a month now I haven’t received it. Been sending emails and what’s app messages just ignoring me. I wish I had looked at trust pilot reviews first.

I have never received my order and this is unacceptable. I tried contacting the bazar and asking for an explanation or a refund and got no response.
This website is a scam and should be dealt with by the authorities

The website does not show what they have in stock also there is no phone number.

Order placed on 1st Dec. No update received about delivery. No response to communication. No item received at the time of this review, which is 14th Dec. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.

The delivery took much longer than expected and stated in their website. The accuracy of the product was not as the website states. Completely different brand. The condition of the products was not good, the response was very good and I received my money back.

It's coming up to 3 weeks since my order and no delivery yet or any update. Have emailed trying to get some information but no response. Although surprisingly I was sent an email asking me to review gitanegrandbazaar.com. So here it is - absolutely terrible.

Order never turned up and this place repeatedly lied to me about the status of my order. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund. GO ELSEWHERE.

Order was placed on 3rd. Had to contact company on the 9th to establish when the parcel would be dispatched.
Claimed items weren't in stock and they were awaiting delivery. Yet, they were listed as available on their Website when I ordered and paid.
Company claimed to have texted me about delivery. Never received text. Parcel arrived on 11th with 1 item missing, another damaged and leaking and 2 others which were not the ones i ordered as advertised on the website.
Now await a partial refund for missing item and damaged item. Have emailed and received no response. Would not recommend.

I placed my order nearly 10 days ago and have yet to receive my items. There haven't been any updates, and despite trying to reach out via email on the website for clarification, I haven't received a response.

We thought the product was good, however delivery was rather slow.

This company is such a fraudulent. I have placed my order almost a week and asked and paid for next day delivery. I still haven’t received my order and when you message them on WhatsApp they respond some arrogantly and rudely then ring you saying there products are out of stock etc what is this joke. I will never buy from here again

Still haven't received my order its been 7 days now - sent an email no response.
