While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Works perfectly

I use GitLab both for personal projects using their platform and manage a couple of instance of GitLab for work (3000 users).
I've always had a great time with the service, GitLab runners are one of the best things for automation I've ever used.

Free services

Free services! And quite reliable. I have nothing negative to say.

There is a 1 star review here for "no support" ...why are you asking for support for a free service? They are not a charity and they do not owe you anything. Go to a forum and "support yourself". Otherwise, go to a paid service elsewhere.
