I initially hired this team to work on one of my technology companies. I wanted to see how well they communicated, how they handled the development process, and most importantly, whether they could take what I had already built and help make sure everything actually worked the way it was supposed to.

They did such a great job on the first platform that I trusted them with a second one.

After seeing the same level of responsiveness, problem-solving, patience, technical support, testing, and attention to detail on the second company, I made the decision to give them the remaining five technology companies in my portfolio.

That means they are now helping me across seven different tech companies.

I want to be clear that I created the companies, concepts, workflows, business models, and vision. Their role has been extremely valuable because they help me make sure the technology behind those ideas is properly developed, connected, tested, improved, and prepared to function in a real-world environment.

I also use AI extensively when developing my platforms, and their team has been very helpful in bridging the gap between what AI can help me design and what actually needs to be implemented technically. They review what has been built, identify missing pieces, troubleshoot issues, improve integrations, test functionality, and help make sure the overall systems run correctly.

You don’t hand someone seven technology companies unless they’ve earned a serious level of trust.

For me, that trust was earned through the work.

They started with one project. Their performance earned them the second. And their continued performance ultimately earned them the opportunity to work across my entire technology portfolio.

As a founder with a very large vision, I appreciate having a team that doesn’t try to take ownership of my ideas but instead works with me to help strengthen the execution behind them.
