I’m in love with my christmas tree. Very good quality, it looks like a real one and the delivery was very fast. Totally recommend

Absolutely false advertising! I ordered a Christmas tree from them in the beginning of November,and it arrived in the beginning of December. This would have been OK if their website didn't advertise EU delivery within 24/48h . It took them forever to ship the tree and in the end when they finally shipped it, it was via Italian post,which on itself means slow delivery even within the EU. I wanted to put the tree earlier and that is why I made sure I ordered it on time,however the delivery took one month. This kind of false advertising shouldn't be happening, especially in a company that specialises in luxury decorations-if you cannot deliver within 48hours simply don't mislead your customers. 1month for delivery within the EU is insane. However, the tree is 10/10,worth every cent. I really wish the customer service didn't ruin my experience as if the delivery didn't take a month when promised to happen within days,my review would have been 5stars
Still waiting on the delivery. They announced a delivery time between 24h/48h but I'm still waiting and don't get any updates when it will be delivered.
