Cancelled order for no valid reason
Terrible experience, placed order twice, used PayPal which is their acceptable method of payment, both times order got cancelled. They should shut their website permanently if they cannot cater to paying customer. Horrible horrible experience. I have used PayPal for several shopping on other sites, only givenchybeauty.com is dumb site.
Shut down your site permanently if of no use setting up a purchase order there.

Scammers
Purchase a $200 product UPS delivered my package. However, my package was stolen off my porch contact Givenchy beauty. The customer service was so bad. They refused to return my money or send me another product. I’ve been in the investigation process for almost a month and no one has rectify the situation and I’m still waiting. I had to contact UPS myself on a three-way call UPS claim that is up to the shipper. Jeevan Chi to release the product or my fonts. Givenchy steel stated that they need more information for the investigation. I will never order from Givenchy beauty ever again they are scammers.

Luxury does not equal good service here
I found out that my parcel, including a christmas present was returned to Givenchy by the courier. I called to ask customer services to please just resend the goods to me, not refund. They said they would, sent no tracking, and did not update me. Then when I chased this, I was just sent an email saying that the refund was being processed. Very disappointed in this bad customer service, and now have to get another christmas present.

Terrible customer service
Love the perfume but terrible customer service. The atomiser pump is defective and I contacted the customer service team just to ask for a replacement pump (not new bottle) but even with proof of purchase and providing photos, product code etc they refused to help. I've had fantastic customer service from chanel and expected similar from another luxury brand. Really disappointed, should have been an easy/cheap fix for them but no effort made.

I love this product
I love this product. it redefines my life and really makes a difference in my day to day life. i am now able to properly manage my time and get more done in the short amount of time i have each day because of this. Shipping was also really easy and convenient!
