Makes me question the integrity of your organization when you allow a woman named Sade to use your platform to raise funds not because she needs it but because she wants to be petty. Every donation she receives could possibly have been given to someone that legitimately needs help. You have been sent proof multiple times that she is doing it out of spite and yet you have done nothing about it. I truly think your organization needs to be audited!! I will never support an organization that allows a person such as Sade to take away from people that truly need help just for the sake of gloating and pettiness!! Time for this organization to reflect on their morals and what they truly trying to achieve.

You provide a platform for murderers, rapists, to gain MONEY through this site? At least GOFUNDME has morals.

This site is letting a lady by the name of Sade Perkins have a campaign up after she made a video that the children in the Texas floods in Kerville & Hunt Tx deserved to die because they were white & because of who their parents voted for. She also threatened anyone who called her out. She is now saying she was fired from her mayoral position. She was never the mayor of Houston. She was appointed by the previous mayor in 2023 to be apart of the food service board. She on her own left that position in January 2025. I & several others have reported this campaign along with video proof & yet it's still up & she's making money off of these innocent children's & others deaths. Yet it's still up. I'd give 0 stars if I could

This organization is great. They help you with whatever you need in regards to creating a campaign or any question that you may have. The response time is quite quick as well as far as someone getting back to you The customer service reps that I dealt with were very good and overall it is absolutely wonderful to have an organization that cares and is willing to help others.

I would never use this platform they are letting a racist who made RACIST comments over a childs death and was fired fund raise off it!!! NEVER USE!!!

They are honest and trustworthy and best of all they do not judge your reasons for using their platform instead they offer prayers and kindness. This company openly and publicly supports racism and murderers!

How is your site allowed to do fundraisers for a murderer? No they have admitted they are not using the funding for only legal costs. They have taken advantage of a young man’s death and the public to profit off of theirs son killing someone. I hope for life people run you into the ground for allowing this. It’s like spitting in the face of the family who lost their son. Absolutely disgusting . I’m glad Gofundme had some morals unlike your site. All about making that money from a fundraiser

They offer the fastest customer service I have ever received from any business or company. They are also extremely kind, patient, and helpful!

Horrendous fraudulent company.
I set up a gofundme for me and my husband as we were expecting our first child. I received over a grand in donations, and after 5 days ( yes they make you wait 5 days) to cash out my donations, they sent me an email marking my donations as “fraud.” I replied back and they told me not to worry- there would be prompt resolution within 48 hours. Fast forward 12 days and I had nothing but a run around from “customer support” and no real answers as to what was going on. They finally refunded my donations and the people who had donated gave directly to my PayPal . I truly believe had I not harassed and threatened legal action I would NOT have my money. Horrible dishonest company.

I have spoken to multiple representatives from the company and they are all so very kind and caring.
They all made the process to sign up for my campaign a breeze. I was on the fence about setting one up, but also knew I needed help with my situation. I felt zero judgement in speaking with each person. They have also told me they will pray for me and my situation and I have no words to explain how grateful I am. Highly recommend this company.

Honest. Fair. Great Customer Service. They work thru problems well with their customers. What can I say!! All this and they let you choose how much to pay them!! Almost too good to be true. 100% Satisfaction.

What a disgusting and immoral company. They are refusing to take down a fundraiser for a woman who has continued to use the N word proudly. It shows what this company thinks about the blacks and other minorities. I tried to call them repeatedly but they don't even respond. This company should shut down.
