i ordered a Korean lash serum and they gave me a random unnamed lash serum with different ingredients to what it says online.

Shocking customer services. I haven't received the product ordered and they signed me up for an unauthorised subscription. Have emailed 7 times and still not received a response. Dodgy company, do not use!!!!

Ordered about 4 weeks ago. STILL NOT DELIVERED. No shipping or delivery details. Only now just reading the reviews and oh my...

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered LASH serum and got sent a completely different item out to what I ordered, It doesn't even look remotely to what you are advertising. Sent me a cheap looking item labelled BROW SERUM and totally different applicator I emailed and the response I got back was like to reassure you that this is the same Korean serum formula and product intended for use on lashes. The product is packaged in different versions, and some packaging may be labeled as “Brow Serum.”

The labeling on the box does not mean you have received a different product. We apologize for any confusion the packaging may have caused.

My only confusion is how you think it's ok to send me something that is totally different to what I thought I was getting. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I ordered 5 eyelash serums. The items that arrived were totally different to the pictures- different packaging and applicator- they were what can only be described as Poundland tat. So now I have 5 products I wouldn’t trust to go anywhere near my eyes and I’m £31.80 down. I have sent email after email with not a single reply- DO NOT WASTE A PENNY WITH THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
