What you really want in a sniping service is reliability - worst case scenario is they fail to bid in those last seconds because of a system failure and you lose an important purchase. Gixen has been, over a number of months, VERY reliable. I have total confidence that once I've placed a bid, it will be handled correctly.

I used to use JBidWatcher but switched to Gixen when support for the former ceased. To date, I have only used Gixen three times but in doing so I have won three auctions 😊 The user interface is a little clumsy and it would be nice to see both a smartphone app and integration with your eBay Watch List at some point in the future.

Does what it promises to do - never missed an auction thanks to Gixen.

In my opinion sniping is the only sensible way to bid on eBay auctions, because too many people don't properly think about what their maximum bid really is, and will increase their bid if you allow them time to by not bidding in the last few seconds.
I've been using Gixen for several years now, with no major problems, and Mario is always very responsive on the help forum.

Outstanding sniper service. I’ve used Gixen for years and have never had any problems. Everything runs like clockwork and the premium service is definitely worth the small amount of money that it costs, although the free version is also just as good. The best sniping service out there. I never bid on eBay without it!

I have used Gixen for many years, it's simple to use with no complications. If I am bidding on something then I will automatically use Gixen to bid for me, it's never let me down.

Having had a previous sniping provider (B****p) vanish without trace overnight & consequently not received any refund of the remaining money in my account, I was searching for a reasonably priced alternative & was led to Gixen as a result of my enquiries. For at least six months, given that I am a less frequent bidder on eBay nowadays, I simply availed myself of their free option & found it to be faultless throughout. Because of this, I ultimately decided that it was only fair that I really should sign up for the two year "mirror" subscription, as I'd not had not lost a single auction & thus found this site very reliable, hence Mario ought to receive payment for his efforts. Most certainly, based on my experiences so far, I would not consider switching from Gixen & thus sincerely hope that the developer receives sufficient income to ensure that this truly excellent sniping service can continue to be maintained for many years to come.

I have used gixen for a bit over a month now, it really lends itself to stress-free bidding. Just set it and forget that you the the auction running. No more babysitting the auction and feeling the stress build over those critical remaining seconds. Definitely worth the price.

I have been using Gixen for years, and never had a problem. We buy the mirror subscription (it's cheap) and it's always done what I expected it to do.

Reliable bidding and snipe timing. Very modest cost, just buy an annual Gixen bid backup shadow server service.
