Really impressed with the team and how the supported us!

Just & Gabriel from the Gizeno team are super smart. I had two other agency experiences, and this just tops it. They turned the account around in 3 months, I was constantly on them initially BUT we followed their strategies and managed to scale through a couple good Ads! Their Google management was great as well.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gizeno to any business looking to elevate their digital advertising game. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to delivering tangible results make them a true game-changer in the world of digital marketing. I contacted Gizeno on the advice of a friend.. I was skeptical at first, as previous experience with Ad agencies has been less than impressive..

However, having spoken to Just and been clear about what the aim was, I have been nothing but impressed with the performance to date.. It has gone significantly better than I'd hope and business has been excellent

Really happy with Gizeno, for our own agency we tried a lot of different approaches to reach out to new clients with different agencies. None of them as close as effective as the ads they are running for us. We are working with them for a while now but got result since the first week of campaign.

What I like is that from start they where very critical about strategy, could tell us what was and was not going to work. Next to that we had problems with our meta account and they very keen in fixing those issues.

They claim to be performance-driven but failed to deliver on their promise to conduct an audit during our first meeting. In the second meeting, they expressed confidence in scaling my brand based solely on the existing creatives, without providing specific insights or recommendations. However, the main surprise came when they revealed undisclosed minimum monthly charges, which contradicted their advertised approach of only profiting when clients do. I questioned the ethics of acquiring customers through such misleading practices.

Their entire customer-acquiring strategy revolves around their purported performance-driven angle, boldly advertised on their website and ads. When I confronted them about this during the meeting, they apologized for not mentioning it earlier, dismissing the clear contradiction between their claims and their actual approach. They justified the charges as necessary to cover their team's expenses, implying it was a fair practice. However, the amount itself becomes irrelevant when an agency fails to be transparent and honest in representing themselves, raising doubts about their trustworthiness in handling clients' ad funds. Furthermore, they couldn't quantify the extent to which they could scale my brand without first working and testing on the account, despite their bold claims of achieving specific monthly goals. It became apparent that these claims were nothing more than clickbait tactics to attract brands.

While I found Just to be a nice person during our conversation, I couldn't ignore the lack of clarity and honesty regarding his agency's practices compared to the claims they make to acquire leads.

Rating changed from 2 stars to 1 star. After my initial review, Just expressed willingness to have a call and explain further. Appreciating their effort, I decided to engage in the conversation and understand their perspective.

Just justified his previous actions by attributing them to a difficult week with other potential clients. When I failed to respond within their expected timeframe, they hastily categorized me as one of the "silly" clients they encountered. I questioned whether such impulsive reactions align with the conduct of a professional agency.

Despite this initial setback, we chose to give the collaboration a chance. Suddenly, Just expressed interest in conducting an audit, signaling a change of heart. However, the audit itself proved disappointing, consisting of generic comments on factors affecting ad account performance, with no specific insights regarding my account. During our discussion, we explored the possibility of minimum compensation tied to achieving a revenue threshold, to which Just agreed. However, the contract sent to me conveniently omitted this commitment and instead requested a three-month onboarding fee upfront. This arrangement ensured they would be paid without performance guarantees.

Such a lack of confidence in their own abilities raises doubts about whether they deserve access to funds for media buying. I provided feedback to update the agreement based on our verbal understanding. To my surprise, 24 hours later, Just sent me a short loom recording, claiming to have spoken with a friend named "Rasmus" who worked with me in the past. Just concluded that due to my unsuccessful collaboration with Rasmus, he and I would not work well together, as we supposedly have similar working styles. This raises concerns about the professionalism of the agency.

For everyone's knowledge, including Just, who chose not to engage in a conversation with us. We worked with Rasmus and his agency based on certain promises, but they failed to deliver and uphold their commitments. Their execution of ad campaigns included numerous rookie errors. Additionally, they demanded compensation amounting to 60% of the generated revenue, which fell significantly short of the lofty promises they initially made. Consequently, we made the decision to discontinue our collaboration with them. Yet they were fully paid for 1 month of collaboration.

Interestingly, Rasmus, who also left a review claiming to be a client of Just's agency on Trustpilot, appears to have an intertwined relationship with them. One cannot help but question the authenticity of these reviews and whether there is a coordinated effort to deceive readers.

I notified Just that I intended to update my review to reflect this experience. In response, Just threatened to expose information about my past collaborations with other agencies and advised me to keep it to myself. I am curious to learn how an agency can resort to such behavior.

In conclusion, I strongly advise exercising caution before considering them for media buying.

Fantastic service. Just and his team are a pleasure to work with. He goes over and above to deliver bespoke marketing solutions for your business. He and his team have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of online advertising. Highly recommended. Will certainly work with again on future projects.

Just and I had a discovery call and he was completely honest with me, advising me and giving me tips from his experience. Finally, we came to the conclusion that for my business it was not going to be profitable to run digital campaigns, at least for the moment.

The way Just walked me through the ad account and showed me the things which we never paid attention to was mind-blowing. I didn't even knew that we have been doing these mistakes.

To be honest, I have worked with few agencies and they offered these calls as well but the way it worked here and how they made me saw the wrong things and underperforming metrics was what made it the best.

Just finished the initial Call with Gizeno. What a scam. I present my objectives, he cuts me of interjecting to ask what my monthly revenue is. I’m stunned. How is that relevant to the conversation?, I ask. He goes quiet. I say I’m ending the call. This was completely left field given the earlier email explained the meeting was for him to aquire an understanding of the brand and areas of growth sought. He was only looking to gage his potential revenue which despite their promise would be based on my answer and not as a percentage of the new business introduced via their efforts. AVOID THIS SCAM. Unprofessional and any idiot will quickly see the lies in their click baiting promises after conversing with them for 5 minutes.

Just read the personal attack from The Chump. He has worked with Gizeno yet has failed to leave them a review before now? ROAS is a little redundant now and a better indicator is ROMI. You should read up on it. I am being bullied, and their intention is to force me to remove my review. He has called me twice after leaving the personal attack in his response to my review. Left a blabbering voicemail and had TRUSTPILOT contact me several times to ask me for supporting evidence all of which is now in their hands. Just check out his website where he has cut and pasted only the 5* reviews from Trustpilot. This says everything. You have no idea to be judging my understanding of the business. Were you on the call? Desperate. AVOID GIZENO AT ALL COSTS. I have offered him the opportunity to prove himself on a commission basis approached on common ground which was encouraged by Trust-pilot so we will see what happens. I want nothing for nothing but do want my time wasted accounted for. I shall update on completion. Yesterday he tells me that after all this and our extensive talk my business is not e-commerce. You couldn’t make this up, distance learning and selling educational courses including the industry required standard exams to demonstrate said material could not be any more e-commerce. This guy just does not like me or the brand. Trust pilot has been pushed at every opportunity to try and bully me into taking down the review. To their absolute credit they have on every attempt via due diligence upheld the facts. Now I’m going to ask instagram to pull their gaslighting adds.
