Great customer service

I took my grandsons nintendo switch in because the games weren't working. The technician spent almost 30 minutes checking it and found the games needed to be cleaned. He was so kind and refused to take any money. I will definitely be taking any electronics there in the future for repair.

Appreciate the service generally, with several options for delivery, payment, accurate order timing. However, I was not happy with the actual product delivered at the end. May need to improve quality checks for products from your suppliers, but the rest of the experience up to that point was satisfactory.

Absolutely fantastic company

Absolutely fantastic company. The delivery times are great, customer service is always on point - they’re ready to help with anything at anytime. All of the products are brand new, un tampered with and delivered right to my door step without any trouble. Never once had an issue, and would highly recommend to all first time customers.
