Used illegal drip pricing, if paying monthly.

I pay my policy monthly. The website announced the policy price, but failed to advise that paying monthly would cost extra, which was NOT included in the price quoted until the very end of the process. I believe that this is a form of illegal drip-pricing, for which the BSM has recently paid a large fine! The website was incredibly clunky and painful to use, constantly forcing you to re-enter Username, Password and Verification codes.

Returning Customer

I have been a returning customer of GJW Direct for a couple of years now and have had always found that they offer a competitive priced marine insurance quote. Their website is easy to navigate and fairly intuitive. The policy documents on line are not cumbersome to read or understand and because of this you can confidently make a decision when choosing the insurance cover.
