Great no-nonsense buying experience
Great no-nonsense buying experience. Much cheaper than the ‘big’ names in pet food retail and the online purchase was painless. As the full order I made couldn’t be fulfilled right away due to delay in stock coming in I got an email to let me know and I was updated when the order was ready for pickup.It’s just a pity they don’t deliver as they used to.

As one of my daughters makes dog leads and collars, I thought I would ask while I was picking up my dog food if your store would be interested in looking at some samples I had, I was told to ask in the small office by the tills only to receive a very rude response by a female member of staff.

I pre ordered a feed order for my horse.staff were polite and friendly and my order was brought to my vehicle and loaded for me. The man who did was was very jolly and so polite. I really did enjoy my shopping experiance. Always love shopping there and staff always so helpful and friendly. The communication I got from the store prior to placing my order was great too.
