I would rate this company 5 stars for their design, suggestions, quality of white goods and fitting and installation. From our first contact I had a home visit to draw an initial design of the kitchen layout, showroom meeting to decide which units and white goods I wanted and second home visit to ensure that everything would fit into the layout. Thanks to Simon for his advice and guidance re design. The fitting was first class with awkward sockets hidden and pipes etc sited unobtrusively and units perfectly installed with a special frame put in to support the granite worktop. Midge and Daryll did a fantastic job. All in all I am delighted with the result and thank everyone involved for a very professional and thorough service. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and their team.

Our main bathroom was in need of some modernisation as it was staring to feel a bit tired. Had a tour of several showrooms and was very impressed with the initial designs and range of products offered by the Glasgow Kitchen and Bathroom team. Fitting was arranged for the following month and we have been delighted with the finished product, and have since recommended them to both friends and family. From initial design options, to the final touches, we have been very impressed. Thanks guys!

We were assured the job would be done in 5 days, in total it took 2+ weeks as the fitters kept coming back to do odd jobs here and there rather than just finishing it. This would not be too much of an issue however when we inspected the work on completion I had to call them back out as it was evidently finished to a really poor standard.

I explicitly agreed with the showroom that the old bathroom should be skipped and instead it was dumped in my shared back garden and left there for an entire month. It was only after I called the showroom every day for a week that one of the admin assistants eventually resolved the issue. This has quite understandably annoyed our new neighbours and soured our relationship with them.

As payment for the fit is made upon completion to the fitters themselves, as soon as we made the upfront payment to the showroom for the materials they stopped being responsive and multiple emails went unanswered, even when I communicated that the job was of an inadequate standard and that the debris had been lying outside after weeks.

Really poor customer service especially when spending £10k, and will definitely go elsewhere for my kitchen!

Terrible experience
I don’t like leaving reviews but this one has to be heard and seen due to the workmanship and still having dramas 5 weeks on. The Pictures I’ve uploaded speak for themselves.

Had both kitchen and bathroom done unfortunately.
The Bathroom fitters had to be called back out twice due to leaks from the toilet Basin.
The flexi water pipe had to be moved after the tiling had been done and been left with a hole now and been covered up with silicone( pic attached)
nothing was measured by the looks of it. Shower head wasn’t levelled and was left with exposed hole from the tiles to the join(pic attached)
The Radiator, well don’t know what to say about the Radiator, will let the pic do all the talking (pic attached)
The tiling has joins everywhere with no grout leaving (pic attached)
They created a support for the sink and unit with drawers to sit on the wall and the unit is just suspended on the wall with no support whatsoever, again they couldn’t have measured anything, now scared to even put any weight on it because it will come right off the first chance it gets, it’s only a matter of time before I come into the bathroom one day to find it on the floor (pic attached)

The Kitchen was a disaster. 2 of the days the guys waited 3 hours for the stuff to arrive.
Purchased the most expensive kitchen in the show, hand painted mind and one of the guys damaged one of the drawers and tired to cover it will silicone to hide it, this was the 28 July and still waiting for a replacement.
Turned the washing washing on once they left and had a major leak from the washing washing waste pipe incorrectly fitted and had to call them back out AGAIN, thankfully I hadn’t put down any flooring or it would have been destroyed and for the bin due to the amount of water that came out (pic attached)
I had 2 walls in the kitchen that I got sheeted and plaster prior to the kitchen getting fitted and when the fitters fitted the backboards they damaged the fresh plaster and covered with silicone (pic attached)
The fridge door is very tight on one end and a gap in the other and creaks every time you open and close it (pic attached)

Fantastic from measuring to completion.

The team came to our home to measure for a kitchen and bathroom refresh and afterwards in the showroom they worked with us to complete our designs. They had remembered everything that I had commented on from the measuring visit and incorporated this into our design mock up. When we had to postpone our renovations, the team were so patient and helpful.

The fitting team were efficient and hardworking. We had one team in our kitchen and another in our bathroom. Both teams checked in with us at several points throughout the renovations to check our expectations and preferences. Both teams were finished and all rubbish was removed from the property within 6 days.

Just had our bathroom remodeled by Glasgow Kitchens and Bathrooms and we are totally over the moon with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
We first visited the showroom with our own ideas but after chatting with Alasdair we changed the layout which gives the illusion of having a bigger bathroom simply by relocating the wash hand basin.
Drew, Paul and tiler David did a fantastic job and i would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends for any future work.

We have had a new bathroom fitted by the company. Great service and workmanship from start to finish. Definitely recommend as you won’t be disappointed.

The service was excellent. I went back several times to the show room and made various calls re anything I wanted to ask prior to agreeing to go with them. Had home visit to measure up. I wasn’t rushed or felt pressured in anyway. All work men were on time and carried out all work n a professional manner. I had picked vinyl floor tiles and they were unable to fit this so the cost of getting it fitted from supplier was deducted off my bill. I am delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend them. My bathroom is beautiful. Many thanks to everyone right down to the man who removed all the rubbish.

I got a brand new kitchen & all new appliances, fitted by Glasgow Kitchens & Bathrooms.

The service from the first phone call to the final installation was first class.
Simon came out to measure up & then booked me into the showroom in Hillington, to view the many different options, before giving me a quote.

I compared a few different companies & quotes, but i found myself going back to Glasgow Kitchens & Bathrooms.

They were so helpful & not once did i feel pressurised.
I was delighted to receive such first class service, & the final result was absolutely perfect.

Thanks to Simons recommendations & Denise’s patience, i now have the perfect Kitchen.

I’m thrilled with my new kitchen from GKBC. The design advice was excellent as was the fitting and the finished result. The fitters were great and took care of the building, doing a full clean up each day. The quality of the kitchen and workmanship is fantastic. Great service at a fair price. I’ll be back in the new year when I plan to re-model my bathroom.

Recently had our bathroom renovated by these guys and we are so happy with it. The whole process was really straightforward from picking everything in the showroom to the fitting of it. Scott was really knowledgable and talked us through each aspect of the room.
The work was completed in a few days and apart from the gleaming new bathroom, you’d never have known they were there.

Absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom!

After popping into the showroom a few times for inspiration, we finally took the plunge and got a friendly and knowledgeable Scott to come out and measure up for our bathroom renovation. As arranged Scott arrived and got straight to work, Scott listened to everything we wanted, advised on anything we weren’t sure about and arranged for us to pop back through to showroom after a few days if we were happy with the plans to pick more specifics to get a proper quote.
After a bit of consideration we decided to go for it!! And the service we had received up till that point had been fantastic, so hoped that would continue through to our installation.

Early on the first morning of our renovation the lovely Paul & Drew arrived and got straight to work, they quickly got all the demo work done and room all prepared for getting cracked on next day. Through the full week the guys were there to start 8am on the dot and left when they were at the stage the needed to be for that days plan of works. Always tidied up before they left for the day which is always a bonus especially when 5 of us are still floating about the house of a night time. The guys were always professional and polite and every thing they done the checked that it was what we wanted and what we were expecting which put my mind at ease numerous times as it’s hard visualise all your chosen elements together until at some point it just starts to come together.
When the guys gave up their Saturday morning to come and do all the finishing touches, and to say I’m happy is an understatement!! The place is stunning and so sooo much better than I could have imagined!!! Outstanding job completed by Paul and Drew and would highly recommend!

The service from Scott, designing and quoting was great. We didn't really know what we wanted and changed our mind a few times. It was never any bother. The whole stripping out and fitting only took 3 1/2 days, and it was a comple refit! We had a couple of little snags, but they came back out very quickly each time to fix. Absolutely love the new bathroom.

Helpful sales staff who provided samples for worktops. Good price and fitted earlier than expected.

Very rude Kitchen designer. Questioned our decisions multiple times using condescending analogies. Insulted us many times by telling us how small our house is (4 bed detached), how small our kitchen is, told us we were “talking nonsense” with design ideas.

At the same time, he told us that his family was very wealthy, he has a Mercedes sports car and a Range Rover, his house was “6 times the size” of ours.

We stuck with it to see what the design would look like as the overall company had some good reviews but the price for our “small” kitchen was going to be over 20k. When we told him it was over our budget of around 10-15k he laughed at my wife then told us there was nothing they could do to reduce the price.

All the appliances were mid-range (2x£200 ovens) that totalled about £1500 and the fitting was £4500 so still unsure where the other £14k+ was coming from. Would not give any real itemisation and said, “that’s just how kitchens are priced”.

We walked out in the end and I would avoid this company in the future.

Excellent service from this a Hillington based company. We went to GKBC following a colleague recommendation and having obtained prices from Wren and elsewhere. We found GKBC prices to be competitive, and had the advantage of offering a one stop multi trade service including existing kitchen strip out (incl. fully tiled walls). Bill Hepburn was terrific. Great choice of units, doors, appliances, worktops, taps and handles. Placed order mid December with job start early January 2023. Fitters arrives on Saturday for strip out, plastering Sunday and kitchen started Monday and complete by Wednesday. Fitter George and his team were excellent. Arrived 8am each morning, kept us updated, delivered high quality installation and cleaned up after themselves. Even added a couple of extras at no cost (window sill). I cannot fault them. Overall my wife and I would highly recommend GKBC and suggest you ask for George and his team to fit your new kitchen!

Had my kitchen done a few years ago and did a fantastic job so went back to them for my bathroom and glad I did. Kevin done a fantastic job fitting my bathroom and Marco did a fantastic job of tiling. Thank you so much guys love my new bathroom. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.
