Please drop us your order number, the product name, and (if visible) the batch/expiry code via cs@glambeauty.com
so we can sort this fast. We’ll arrange an immediate refund or replacement and a prepaid return label (your choice).
For transparency, we only source from authorised suppliers and run FEFO stock rotation with spot checks. We’ve already quarantined the batch of this item and started a warehouse re-scan to make sure nothing similar goes out again.

Great Prices, Super fast delivery!
I used to buy fragrances online elsewhere. I thought that they offered the best prices but stumbled across Glam Beauty whilst searching again for a re-order of a preferred Mens' fragrance.
Perfume Price offered 150ml for the same price as my previous provider who were offering just 100ml. Arrived a day earlier than expected. Perfectly packaged, no damage.
Really impressed and will definitely be using their service again.

Completely ignoring a customer
I ordered a perfume as a gift for my wife needing it urgently seeing which website offered a next day delivery i stumbled upon glam beauty which provided the service i needed, seeing as it guaranteed a next day delivery i purchased the item 1 day goes by and the tracker still shows its awaiting the arrival from glam beauty so i contacted them to see what was going on they didn’t respond until 6-7 hours later asking for my order number which i then provided which I’m still waiting for a reply on, i have contacted a further 2-3 times after trying to get a response it now falls on the end of the 3rd day pushing the 4th still no update or response i have again emailed and messaged they're chat service and still no response now I'm without the gift and having to rush around the city looking for something in replacement as i cant get the perfume where I’m from this is one of the worst services I've been provided and definitely wont be shopping here again I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get a reply and now will have to dispute this with the bank. Edit: if it wasn’t for this review i wouldn’t have received any sort of contact and extra information as they still haven’t replied to my emails or messages to they’re support system so i do feel its pointless in saying contact if i need further assistance when everything prior to this is still not had a response it will just result in the same position I’m currently in, i would have liked it and considered giving another chance if instead of trying to make them selves look better by responding to a review they actually reply to the customer support.

Poor customer service
Struggling with a faulty skincare tool which only worked for 2 days. The company want me to pay to return it which is completely against the UK consumer goods laws where an item is defective. Faults happen with products from time to time but poor customer care will stop me from buying again.

Issue resolved
I had an issue regarding a refund with GLAMBEAUTY. After some fighting on my part, the issue was resolved and I got my rightful refund eventually. The prices are good a delivery is speedy. It’s just a shame that certain people within the company do not listen. I was later referred to somebody higher up in customer services and the problem was resolved. Thank you Numa for your help.

Disgraceful and unfair customer service
This awful company accepted an order from me without a first line of address being provided and dispatched it for delivery too. The post office in turn “delivered” the parcel in the vicinity of the post code given which unfortunately didn’t reach its correct destination. Neither Glam Beauty or the Post Office will accept any partial responsibility for their contribution to a failed delivery, leaving me the only one out of pocket in the sum of £55. Disgusting customer service all round. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A FAIR OUTCOME IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER

Missing order
I placed an order on 31st October and had an email to say it had been completed. I raised this over 2 weeks ago that I have not received the order and have been chasing up. I’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking and it says they are waiting to receive the shipment from sender. It’s been almost a month since my order and I’ve not received it or a refund. Update: In the end, I had to get PayPal involved to finally get my refund.
