Non existent customer service

If I could give a zero review I would.
Don't waist your money, how this company can make money out of desperate people is shocking. I saw the same bracelet on from Amazon for £4.99. I called them after paying nearly £50. and was told "they were from China and don't have the magnetts in". Load of rubbish they are identical as I orderd one.
Glame.... be ashamed of yourself or send me evidence that these actuly work.
I guess my review will be at the bottom as all bad reviews are.

Glame DO NOT USE

I seen this company on a Facebook ad. So I checked out their website seemed good at first. So I ordered the £46 bracelet. I then seen bad reviews and changed my mind I emailed twice to cancel the next morning and was told order was already going through dispatch, even though my tracking said it hadn't even been processed yet. I've now received the item and I now have the carry on sending it back. Didn't receive the anti magnet earring it was supposed to come with neither. Do NOT use this website, since ordering from here I've now been targeted by a 'brushing scam'

The bracelet broke after 4 days of…

The bracelet broke after 4 days of wearing it. I used a string to try it for the next few weeks. It did absolutely nothing to change my habits. It was a complete scam. I tried getting my money back and they kept saying I was wearing it for to long. This is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY ONE!

100% disappointment after 6+ months

6 months later and I still drink as much or more.Recharged it a few ti.es, no difference.
Very disappointed with product effectiveness. Not as advertised as far as I'm concerned and the 30 days money back would never have worked for me... Don't waste your money.
Edit: a couple of days after leaving my review, the thread snapped, so I am now left with a bag of beads and the magnet. I contacted Glame by email, Elisa offered a 50% discount, which I declined. I originally purchased the priciest package (£46) as it is supposed to be stronger therefore more efficient.The bracelet did absolutely nothing for my drinking habit. Needless to say, I declined the offer. Not spending another penny on this.

Bracelet fell apart after barely 6 weeks

Bracelet fell apart after barely 6 weeks. Terrible quality. Customer service response was that it was past the 30 day guarantee then had the audacity to offer a reduced cost replacement. Not happy at all. I think it's ok to expect a £46 bracelet to be of good enough quality to last more than 6 weeks. Don't waste your money on this product or company

I am still waiting to be refunded with the cost of item. Have sent numerous emails over past 2 months. Still not been refunded & no response to any of my emails to date. Very poor customer service.

Poor quality

The bracelet arrived, there was very poor quality the knot tied on the elastic was visible as it wasn’t under the metal knot.
After 3 weeks, the individual elastic bands start to break,
It lasted another 2 weeks, then split completely

Products purchased and never received

Am unsure whether this company ever actually sent the parcel they are claiming to have sent, but if they did I never received it, and the company they claim delivered it, are impossible to contact by phone and conveniently ignoring all e-mail and written communication when asking for help.

Tracker states that it was delivered, but iMile is very conveniently ignoring all written communication and are impossible to contact by phone.

When contacting Glame for help they responded quickly, but only to advise that they cannot assist further and refusal to contact the delivery company saying they will only deal with the end receiver.

I would suggest you avoid this company as you may well never receive what you ordered. I ordered the 2 bracelets and magnet earrings, never receiving anything I ordered, so well out of pocket.

Not know if this company is a company of scammers, as well as the delivery company they use or if they did actually send it and iMile made a genuine delivery mistake and delivered elsewhere. But whatever the case is, neither company helping so I would suggest you stay well clear of both companies.

Customer service is shocking.

Customer service is shocking.

Very disappointing experience. I wore the bracelet once and the cheap elastic snapped as I pulled my hand out of my pocket, sending beads everywhere. I contacted the company to request a refund or exchange, but they refused outright. Poor quality product and unacceptable customer service.

I've had 2 and the elastic string on each broke after about 6 weeks. Their warranty is only for one month. Don't waste your money like I did.

I ordered a bracelet from them, I received a package with an empty box. I emailed customer service, sent pictures, did everything they asked to prove I did not receive what I ordered, now they are ignoring me. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING.

DO NOT OPT FOR PRIORITY HANDLING

I am not going to talk about the product because guess what, I haven’t received it even though I paid extra for “priority packing and home delivery”. Glame didn’t ask for my contact number and sent my order to local courier company. If one selects this option, make it mandatory to submit a contact number, this is basic e-commerce logic!

I guess they expect the courier company to have Glame beaded dreams about my contact number and how to find me!

I pay for a service and then I am told by Elisa (who has no etiquette on how to address a customer, just standard rant, unbelievable for French to lack manners!) to contact the courier company, she has the local shipment reference but she can’t communicate my contact number to the company. I paid for priority handling and home delivery so that I actually have to put aside my commitments and chase a courier company!

Whether you chose Glame or not (most genuine reviews are negative! So I am not looking forward to my order anymore) DO NOT OPT FOR PRIORITY HANDLING. It’s just scheme to rip off some money off you!

Warning there is a cheap Glame…

Warning there is a cheap Glame advertising on eBay from china do not buy that one or confuse it.My story 9-10 beers per night after work.Bracelet should charge overnight and used 8 hrs per day minimum.I found immediately I couldn’t make the 9 beer mark just got too tired and fell asleep.Then I started a slow safe diet ,one less beer a week.Im down to 5 per night and next week 4.Blood pressure from withdrawal also comes down while using the bracelet.Good quality but I recommend a ease off slowly routine for heavy drinkers as it can be dangerous going cold turkey.
