If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these fools. I ordered on 1/26/26 and it’s 3/4/26 and my order never shipped and they never responded to any of my communication. I will warn everyone I possibly can about them. Horrible way to do business. I was gifted some of their nails from a friend and I liked the quality and tried to order and this was my experience.. Never again!!

I'm so disappointed in Glammermaid. I know others have issues with the quality but I really like the handmade nails from this company. My problem is that I tried ordering directly from them (cutting out Amazon for once) and it literally takes weeks. They say they will ship within 1-4 days but they never do. And you simply cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. They have a contact form and a support email and they have never even acknowledged receipt of my inquires about my order. I've tried to contact them four separate times and finally had to put a stop payment through my bank. Ridiculous.

I used to love Glamermaid nails, would order heaps and wear them all the time. Unfortunately the last batch I ordered fell far short of their usual quality. The paint on them was very thin and they chipped and peeled immediately because of this. I was a loyal customer so I contacted them in the hopes of a resolution but was ignored. After three emails I finally got a response in which they agreed the nails didn't meet their standards and offered to send a replacement. I never received anything and they've ignored my emails ever since. I'm really disappointed in this and now looking good elsewhere to buy my press-ons.

I love Glamermaid nails. Unfortunately they seem to have no customer service whatsoever anymore. They ship from China. I have an order last in transit for over 3 weeks. I have called, emailed, fb and instagram messaged. No response whatsoever. I emailed the Chinese shipping company Yanwen. No response from them either. I filled a claim with USPS but don’t expect that to go anywhere since there is no proof it ever made it to the US. So I guess I flushed my money down the toilet. So disappointing!

I didn't receive my order and their answer was " did you check in your mailbox".
I asked my order to be sent back or to have a refund since the total price was around 50€ which is a significant amount for nails and they are ignoring me since then even though I sent them numerous reminders.

Custermer service is terrible, they do not answer back to emails. First you get a auto confirm that they recieved email but after that nothing. Do not bother buying, there are many other press on companys that offer better quality and superb custermer service.

Buying and shipping were not an issue. The quality is a MAJOR issue. They are completely see through, super thin, and just JUNK. Will not buy again. Looked horrible on.

I've ordered well over a month ago. This is my 25th order. I'm reaching out and being ignored. They take a 2 week break every month now. They do not respond to emails. They did not even begin processing my order for 3 weeks AFTER they charged me. Never received an apology, I cant even get an email back. They sent me 1 valid tracking and in that tracking it showed they did not process my order for 3 weeks, why? They aren't that busy. They take weeks off at time ALL THE TIME. I've requested a refund and they continue to ignore me. In every order I've ever placed I've spent well over 100 or 200. Now they are slapping me in the face and dont care. RUDE. they need to go. Byeee

I am a wholesale. Kirby of Glamermaid. It has been 1 month since I am trying to reach them for additional order. There is no reply to emails/texts and the phone is shut down also WhatsApp. I assume has gone out of business? Will have to look for another reliable good quality supplier

customer service is super slow. At first, I thought it was because of the lunar New Year's holiday, but they're still super slow now. I've been waiting to find a way to get a refund for a month now, they answer my emails maybe once a week, if not at all.
They don't offer any refund, and told me to send back my order to China, which would cost me more than the refund itself really so it's useless.
I would not recommend buying unless you're 100% sure you'll like what you'll receive.

They just straight stole my money when trying to buy a gift card during Christmas. They're customer service is just an automated message that gets nothing done. Some people get the products they bought but it's not uncommon for this company to do this apparently with gift cards.

I buy a lot of fake nails, I hate polish and I don’t have the time or money for the salon. I have a brand that I have loved for a long time because they are thick and durable BUT they are 15-20 bucks a pop and I would love a cheaper option. THESE glamermaid nails are identical in the thickness and shape of the expensive ones that I love but for less than half the price!!

Perfect medium length. Not too long, not too short. They feel strong and acrylic. Brown hues are iridescent. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments.
So far, they haven’t come off & it’s been over a week since I put on

These are super sturdy nails! If you want them to last make sure you apply before bed! You don’t want to get them wet for at least 8 hours. I filed the tops of my nails to get them rough, wash well, dry well, apply alcohol pad to each nail then put on the adhesive stickers to each nail before starting with the pinky, removing the sticker top and firmly pressing on the nail. They feel super strong! Will be ordering more!

My own nails peel and crack, so I have been wearing fake nails for years. I used to go to the salon, but that is expensive and inconvenient, so now I mostly buy fake nails and glue them on.
we have beautiful nails of the perfect size, length and color that are also durable--and come at a reasonable price. A lot cheaper (and faster) than going to the salon. That all adds up to a five star review and a hearty recommendation for this product.

The color, length, and shape were perfect; and the nails themselves were sturdy. My problem was that the glue tabs only lasted for a day, then the nails started to come off, which was ok just a little disappointing.All in all, I loved these, and that's saying something from someone who hates anything on their nails lol

Design is super cute and good quality.Nails are sturdy and a good thickness. I wish they were a little thicker and maybe little glossier but I gave the 5 stars because for the price especially.

I got compliments and shock when I told people these were press ons! These look like I got my nails done at the salon and they are very comfortable. The only downside is I have small hands so these are just a bit too long for my liking.

I loved the color and the look of the nails but once I put them on they looked a bit cheap. Translucent press on nails are tricky to put in because you can see any air bubbles. They were very comfortable to wear and easy to do daily work. They were very durable.

I love these nails! So pretty and lasted a long time. The paint has not chipped. The sizing is decent but I think could be a bit better. I didn't use the sticky things that came with them.
