DONT BUY FROM HERE!!
got my order wrong then when i emailed them about it they’ve got rid of their email address; it’s a scam really.

Honestly wouldn’t waste your time ordering from this place. Placed an order before Christmas which all items was correct and was happy with so from them I’ve processed to order 9 more times from this company. Although not one of my orders have came right 2 sets wasn’t even delivered to me every order I have received has been wrong colour wrong size and missing either the top or leggings. One of my parcels I was sent 3 separate pairs of leggings when I ordered leggings and top. Still no top even tho I ordered too separate was still sent leggings in XL when I ordered XS. I messaged them about all 9 ordered coming WRONG EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM AND NOT TO MISS MY 2 PARCELS NOT EVEN COMING! So I messaged on TikTok Snapchat and emails sent them a number of times no reply. Waste of time money grabbers

My daughter ordered 5 items only received one she messaged by email 4 times no reply complete rip off would not recommend

Ordered a bubblegum colour tracksuit. Arrived in dark green. Emailed customer services multiple times- no response. My daughter is very disappointed.

Absolute scammers. Paid £54 for gym sets they sent 1 never received the other 2 and they don’t respond across all platforms. Do not order from these

DAMAGED ORDER
I ordered a gym set in red, when it came don’t get me wrong it’s lovely however there is holes in the leggings, all the seems have frayed
I understand these things happen so I contact both email address it give me a retunes one and a customer service one and even been on a live chat with no acknowledgement whatsoever so ever. I didn’t even want a refund I wanted to exchange for a set that wasn’t damaged and they can’t even have the decency to do that. I have now disputed with my bank

Wrong colour and size received, they are not responding to any messages via their email, insta & tik tok for me to return for a refund. Do not order, scam company!!!

I received shorts instead of the top I ordered and they have failed to respond to emails tiktok dms and insta dms, I was very understanding and happy to send the shorts back however now I have seen that they’ve been doing this to multiple people

I've contacted them multiple times via email & instagram, but not had any response.

Have now begun small claims proceedings. I presume they rely on people not pursuing small amounts, but to ensure this doesn't happen to others with larger returns, we're taking action.

Ordered first time from website and received shorts instead of leggings which I ordered.reached out the the company on many platforms including TikTok and Instagram ,got told to issue the problem via email of customer service so I sent multiple emails throughout space of almost 2 weeks with pictures of receipt as proof yet still received no answer…still waiting for answer back now. However when I ordered a top from TikTok shop everything went well so at-least one of my orders went well thankyou

I purchased the taupe tracksuit from TikTok shop before Christmas. It is the most amazing snatched tracksuit I’ve ever bought I need it in every colour!!! The quality and details are unmatched. It literally makes me feel amazing every time I wear it my boyfriend thinks it’s the best tracksuit I own and wants to buy me one for valentines🫶🏼highly recommend everyone thinking about getting one

I sent an email to upgrade delivery service, they got back to me shortly afterwards to say no problem, this is excellent customer service
