1/5 Extremely Frustrating Experience

Not one to slate a small local business but I sent items back over 4 weeks ago for a refund and have still not received my hard earned money. On another occasion, I was sent an automated message saying my next refund would be processed in 14 days — and even 14 days later, there was still no refund.

Customer service has been unhelpful and slow, and it feels like there is no accountability. Just the same copied replied every time. I would not recommend Glamify to anyone. Poor communication and terrible handling of refunds and customer money.

I had a fantastic experience shopping on this site. The clothes look exactly like the pictures—great quality, well-made, and super comfortable. Sizing was accurate, which is always a relief when shopping online. My order arrived earlier than expected and was packaged neatly. Customer service was also quick and helpful when I had a small question about my order.
I’ll definitely be buying from here again. Highly recommend!

Shame as they do lovely clothing however I’ve ordered twice and returned items and been refunded approximately 30% less than what I paid for the item they are a complete rip off.

Amazing customer service, I selected my old address at checkout by mistake without realising until I’d paid. Messaged the company they replied right away and fixed the address for me. Can’t thank you enough

Bought an item online believing it would cost £4.99 if I needed to return as per their returns policy. What they don’t tell you is the return cost is actually £9.98. Not only do they charge you to send it back they also don’t refund the £4.99 you paid to have it posted to you. Utter disgrace if I had known this I would have not taken the chance with the purchase in the first place

I don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from, and they almost put me off ordering from Glamify, but I tried it anyway and I've had nothing but great service.

Fast delivery, update on order sent proactively to tell me my order would be sent over 2 parcels, helpful customer service on 2 different issues, so I'll happily order from here again in future!

I saw the issue that they're behind on their refunds so I just used klarna so I'm unaffected.

Nearly a month and my refund still hasn’t even been processed even though it was received 3 weeks ago. States refunds will be processed WITHIN 14 days - what a lie. Customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with.

No refund- several emails sent and no refund extremely unhappy been over a month keep your money and go elsewhere

Customer service is non existent the quality of the clothes are disgusting especially for what I paid. I have to use there portal to return and get charged a further £4.99 for returning damaged items. I waited 4 days for a response only to be told its company policy never buying from here again

I ordered from glamify back in September and returned my item shortly after due to poor quality and sizing I still haven’t received a refund off them and I have noticed a lot of people going through the same thing. If I was you I would 100% not order from here and 1000% report them to trading standards to get there business closed down.

I returned an order and received an email confirming that the items had been received on 2nd October and that my refund would be processed within 14 working days. When this was not the case, I reached out to Glamify and received this response:

At the moment, our returns team is currently working through parcels received on 22nd September. We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work through our returns.

There was also no indication of when I would receive my refund.

Horrendous customer service. My parcel was meant to arrive nearly 3 weeks ago and has never appeared. They are unwilling to reply to any messages, never mind even offer a refund. They just ignore all messages. Currently £100 down so will need to try and get the money elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.

Awful quality but the return process an absolute joke! You pay a lot for delivery and just as much for returns but it has been a month since I sent my item back and still waiting for the refund. Would never buy again

Refund times are unacceptable. Unsure of what the hold up is but they’ve had my item returned now 21 days and still haven’t returned the funds to my bank. Will not purchase from this site again.

Monies held and not refunded within advertised time. Had to chase multiple times and threaten to take to social media and take legal action in order for my refund to be sent. Will never order from this company again, be warned. Absolutely disgusting in this economic climate to be holding on to customers money illegally.

I’m usually super meticulous when ordering from smaller businesses, and I usually do my due diligence. I let the ball slip with this one. I should have come here 1st I can see the standard of service is notably poor.

Ordered a jacket a month ago. They sent the wrong size, I sent it back for a refund and here I am begging to be refunded for their mistake since. The writing is on the wall. Please read the reviews and DO NOT order from this company. Customer service is non existent as you can see by the reviews. They also have terrible reviews on Facebook. Clearly unbothered by the poor reputation. Will be reporting to trading standard and the financial ombudsman, as well as investigating via my workplace.
