Where to begin? What didn't go wrong?
So I started my order. At first it was in US dollars and showed a price of $103.99. Then at checkout it changed it to canadian dollars and went up to $139.99. However it charged the right amount of $103.99. Whatever. They say on their site it takes 2-5 business days to process and ship out your order. Then 7-12 business days for the order to arrive. I placed my order late morning on September 28. As of October 5, my order had still not been processed or shipped.
September 28 - Day 1
September 29 - Day 2
September 30 - Weekend
October 1 - Weekend
October 2 - Day 3
October 3 - Day 4
October 4 - Day 5
October 5 - Day 6
On October 4, I reached out to customer service by their chat system. I got an automated response saying someone would be contacting me within 2-3 hours and that was at 12:38pm. At 8:42am on October 5, still no one had reached out to me, nearly 20 hours later. Finally I reached out by their contact us page and requested an order cancellation. Within an hour, they cancelled my order and then attempted to berate me through email citing their shipping policies and how it takes 2-5 days for processing and to be shipped out. I went over the same deadlines with them from the 28th to October 5. They have poor service, poor reliability and I can't call it customer service because customer badgering is more appropriate. Unprofessional, unethical and immoral.
***Update*** So in response to the reply left by glamnskin, no notice was given to delays until after I placed my order. Secondly, you claim my order was to ship out the next day, but there is no proof of that and the order had never even been fulfilled, so I doubt that it was going to be ready to ship out. Thirdly, even if what you said was true, it was still longer then 2-5 days for it to fulfill and ship out, because that would be 7 and you failed at customer service. Your chat system said I'd get a reply in 2-3 hours and 20 hours later I still had nothing. And when I emailed to cancel the order, I was berated about shipping delays. I have the emails that I'd be more than happy to share and post to prove how your customer service attempted to put me down for your shipping delays.
