I was having trouble setting up the device. It was operator error. The support received from the Glamos team was excellent. I am just starting to use the device so cannot comment on that yet but based on support received i am expecting great thing.

Item received quickly and in good working order. Very impressed with the Glamos Walker so far. Mainly using it for mapping on the Helium Network. I was shocked when I received my Glamos less than a week after ordering it. Needless to say, my only regret is that I did not order sooner.
I am not only mining Helium, but I have deployed Helium sensors in my office at work too. The Glamos has helped me verify proper antenna setup for my hotspots as well as troubleshooting sensor placement and reception.
I think the best kept secret with Glamos is their web-based app. The ability to look at coverage on the map in their app is fantastic.
I had some questions and Slaven not only responded, but opened dialogue with me on Facebook Messenger not only providing answers to my questions, but showing me features that I was not aware of.
The Glamos is hands down, the best tool to accompany your Helium installation supplies. Plus, I have found it is just fun to participate with Helium Mappers providing data that will be used by the developers to make the network better.
If you are on the fence about picking up a Glamos, I would encourage you to grab one ASAP.

Great product well built and packaged. The severe lack of literature on setup and use is what is the reason for 3 stars. Even though the company is quick to respond you are provided links for manual which again does not in plain English explain how to set this device up and use. Through numerous google searches I’m 1-2 way there.

Hi! We've ordered and received a Glamos Walker. So far, so good but to be honest - a tiny tutorial would be fine. We don't know which settings at all we have to configure on the Glamos to find any Helium hotspot. We used the try and error approach but the Glamos find nothing at all even if the area is quite crowded with spots. Do you have a tutorial/manual to discover helium spots in the EU frequency? Thanks a lot for your effort - Jens

I was a bit lost trying to find the manual and get setup, after emailing, all my questions were answered and I was testing Helium coverage in an hour!
