The mirror arrived fine it was missing…
The mirror arrived fine it was missing all the fittings for the mirror once opened (screws). Called them to ask what I’d need - happy to go out and get them myself. They were unable to do this said they would have to get in touch with the manufacturer. And if they could send them I would have to log in it in as a return via a portal. Which means signing up to their website which I don’t really want to do. I asked where would they be usually (the fittings) just in case I missed them they had no idea. If I have the information to hand regarding order number and customer references I don’t see why I should have to log on to log in wasting more time etc. so if anyone does know the screw sizes for the Kendall mirror I’d appreciate it! (The instructions don’t detail this either)

On receiving my mirror unfortunately it was broken/smashed on the base so I contacted customer service and told them the matter and they got another one to me by Monday after only receiving the mirror on the Friday. I’m very proud and impressed with their customer service and their speediness and also am in love with my mirror 🥰.

The plinth that mirror sits on is completely different than Kendall mirrors in pictures on website, mine is one piece of thin mirrored glass unlike the thicker shelf like ones shown , very disappointing

Absolutely love my mirror
Absolutely love my mirror, I got the Kendall 70x100cm and it’s stunning. I received it not even 24 hours after I ordered it, such speedy delivery and was in perfect working order. Very easy to assemble and was able to do it on my own despite the mirror being huge and quite heavy. Online it states the bulbs are replaceable however On the outside of the box and in the instructions it said the light source is not replaceable, I emailed customer services about this who responded very promptly within the hour and told me the paperwork is old so it is all replaceable. Very happy experience and would buy from again, thank you!
