I too haven't recieved my order for shoes and probably never will. And thir contact emails are no longer in use. Suprise suprise:(

Anyone had any luck with getting your money back?

Scammers, could have kicked myself by being taken in by these thieves. Apart from being disappointed at not receiving my sneakers they had me for £129.00. Fortunately my bank has refunded the full amount.

Gutted to read this. I just followed up with them after not having heard anything since June 10th. Clicking on Order Details a window opens saying Shop Closed :(

like everyone else here, usually v astute at online ordering but these people got me and my items did not arrive so about to ask credit card co for help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE (though I think it's probably shut down now)

Do not order from these scammers. Total con. The on line shop is closed so they have probably set up another on line con.

Ordered sandals on11/06/2023.recieved confirmation of order no 1805 tried to email no reply.Looks like a scam site.Do not order as unlikely to receive anything.

This company is a scam ordered birkenstock sandals paid for them never came sent many emails to there customer service been ignored do not not order from this site

First time I’ve been tricked! Never gonna by anything on line again! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes £250 and received an email to say they were being dispatched with 24/48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago…. Disgusting!

Do not order from this site , although it looks like it’s now shut down. Ordered Birkenstocks, ( cheaper than usual) but they never arrived. I sent email chasing and got reply saying dispatch would be in 48 hours, this was 2 weeks ago. Looks like I’ve been scammed and should know better. Hoping I get my money back from barclaycard.

Scam! Please don’t order anything it’s an absolute fraud and you will lose your money - I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and nothing but an order confirmation email then nothing

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Thank goodness I paid on my credit card. Paid £300 for a pair of Alexander McQueens that never arrived! I reported them and received an email in French saying the delay was with the post! Still waiting.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR ANYTHING LIKE IT!

Ordered shoes over two weeks ,can't contact them as shop closed ,blood boiling as do not have money to throw away.
How do we get refund and how can they get away with this

Very very poor service They have taken over money and we never received the show contact them several times. Nothing it is a is it gonna scam scam, scam scam

I pride myself on being quite astute when it comes to these things, but even I was duped! If something (like cheap Birkenstocks) appears to be too good to be true, it usually is. I wish I had gone with my gut instinct on this one and seen this company for the scammers they are. They took the money out of my account and failed to provide the goods I ordered. The confirmation email received was pathetic to say the least. I could’ve drawn something up myself that looked a lot more official. Despite trying to contact the company, they ignored my email, requesting an update on my order. The website is now ‘closed’ and has been for weeks. They are likely trading under a new name. Beware! I have been fortunate enough to receive the money back via my bank who have dealt with everything extremely promptly.

Trainers ordered and not received over a month later, no updates or correspondence, seems to be a fake website.

Ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals waited 2 weeks no show checked on line and shop closed how do they get away with it, I’m embarrassed to say I have been scammed by thieves .

Ffs I have been scammed as well. Ordered converse and have not heard anything from them at all. The website is closed now what a surprise. Hope they get caught!!

Beware as I think they are using a different website now. Searched for the same item o ordered from them and still hasn’t received and this website came up, same website set up. It’s like a duplicate. They are using pallacia.com Beware!! I’m still waiting for my bank to give me a feedback whether I get my money back!

Unfortunately I too did not read any reviews. Have emailed them today as only received an order confirmation 9 days ago but nothing more since. Only looked up as getting concerned. Looks like I will be ringing my bank but I wish I had read the reviews before I went ahead with order. I will in future but make sure you check reviews before buying anything.
