I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks and there has been no update. I was told to rate the consultant who assisted me a 4 or 5 rating as they are working on my issue.

I DON’T REMEMBER HOW I BECAME A MEMBER, BUT SOMEHOW I DID. AS SOON AS I NOTICED THE CHARGE ON MY CARD, I CONTACTED THEM AND REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF MY MEMBERSHIP. FORTUNATELY, THEY CANCELED IT AND SAID THAT THE LAST CHARGE WOULD BE REFUNDED. EMILY REACHED OUT TO ME, PROCESSED THE CANCELLATION, AND CONFIRMED THE REFUND. THANK YOU, EMILY.
