NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I ordered four pieces and they took almost a month to arrive. As only 1 out of 4 pieces fit me I sent an email requesting an exchange. I applied for the return request and sent another email following up a week after that, so almost a month later and still no response! I'm usually really hesitant to purchase things online to avoid this issue but it was the worst case scenario that i wasted $300 and i can't even wear them. Theres no reason this would happen if it was a legit company...

Definitely a scam… weeks went by after…

Definitely a scam… weeks went by after I placed an order and there was zero communication from them after I sent multiple emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company after a month of silence, I wasn’t wasting time as I had just went through this with Namarie. So disappointed in all these “nontoxic” activewear brands being so shady..

Scammers!!

Scammers!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ordered items, no communication, no responses to my emails. Filed a dispute with my CC company and suddenly an order was sent. I didn't like the products and the fabric, and wanted to return them, with absolutely no response to my return requests. DO NOT trust this company! I wouldn't want to wear their products at all, not to give them additional advertising. This is a joke! Worst of all the dispute was cancelled, as they were able to provide my cc company a ship and delivery date. When disputed, they respond, otherwise - no service. I wonder if I can re-issue a dispute due to no response to my return request.

My order was not sent until 2.5 months…

My order was not sent until 2.5 months after purchase, with no proper communication or apology.

The leggings were falsely advertised as 100% organic, yet the actual label states 68% bamboo, 27% cotton, and 5% spandex. This is misleading and unacceptable.

The modal top arrived damaged, with a hole in the fabric, and the material quality is extremely poor and looks cheap.

Most concerning of all, the company claims the black top was delivered when nothing was ever received. No tracking number was provided because the item was clearly never sent, yet they continue to insist it was delivered. This is dishonest.

Between the false product descriptions, damaged goods, extremely delayed shipping, and lying about delivery, this company shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

SCAMMING FRAUDULENT ONLINE POS…

SCAMMING FRAUDULENT ONLINE POS “company”. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! Just don’t!! This so-called company is fraudulent and will steal from you. I got 2/3 of my order but after like a month and a half from ordering and then I emailed Joshua at JoshuaATglasactive.com saying I want to return some of my orders and to not send the rest of the orders to just refund me for that. I never heard back from this Joshua once I communicated all above said stuff. This POS company stole $100~$200 from me. Would love to serve them with a lawsuit!

Trust this sis… JUST DON’T order from this “Fire Festival”, Anna Delvey scammer place!!!

Scam company

Scam company. Never received mine. First email they said there was a dye issue, then never responded to my second follow up. Luckily I had credit card insurance and it was refunded to me. Don’t order from here!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I paid $180 Au for products never received. All messages have been ignored. Face book refused to take down their posts despite complaints. Just disgusting really.

Shocking - scam

Never received order after 3 months. No customer service at all. No email updates of shipping with it being a pre order. Nothing. How can they be operating like this?? Worst business ever. Taking peoples money and then ghosting them.

Terrible company to deal with my order…

Terrible company to deal with my order has still not arrived. Haven’t even received a tracking number to say it has been posted. Haven’t received a reply to my email reporting the issue. Avoid this company at all costs

Order never arrived!!!!

I ordered from this company on the 8th May. It’s now the 2nd august and I still haven’t received my order. Same story as the review below. I think it might be a scam company. Either that or they have a serious logistics problem. I recommend you do not place an order. They have also stopped replying to messages regarding the missing order.

Very slow delivery

I'm still waiting for my tank bra and shorts order to arrive. It's been over a month since I ordered and I haven't received it yet. The customer service is responsive but can be quite slow. When I first emailed to chase my order they replied that they ran into a dyeing issue but the correct stock will be arriving that week. A month later I emailed again and they replied to say their inventory has just arrived this week and that they are working through a backlog of orders. They did say they will prioritise my order and that I will receive a shipping notification when it's on the way. Still haven't received that notification. Keeping my fingers crossed I will actually get my order delivered. It's my first time to order from this company.
