A terrible service

A terrible service. We scheduled a time, drove there 45 minutes from Amsterdam, and arriced 12.05, so 5 minutes late and the guy was gone, it was totally closed. And when I called him he didn't bother to care but just said that we were late. And luckily this happened so we discovered glassblocks.cz which the original souce, amazing service and 50% cheaper price including shipping.
Unfortunately I ordered the mortar from glasblok.nl, and it's not a special glass brick mortar so it didn't work well.
