After a mishap with my first delivery, Andrew from customer service worked miracles and got me a replacement within 2 days. This was amazing considering the border on the Irish Sea had just come into operation and many big household names were refusing / v delayed in delivering to N Ireland.

Friendly, efficient service. I ordered some cases re a well-known discount vouvcher site and forgot to complete my order within the offer time-limit but that oversight was ignored and my beers arrived safe, as ordered, yhe next day. Damn fine beer too!

Present for my son as part of his Christmas and he was delighted, very happy with the total service.

Sent to friends as a Christmas present. Although I'd left it very late, the beers still arrived with our friends before Christmas. They were delighted. Only issue was our note to say who had gifted the beers wasn't with the package, however it was an extremely busy year for people sending items and we were just very impressed that the Glasgow Beer Works had managed to process and deliver in such a tight timeframe. Smart labelling too so nice as a gift.

This was a gift for a friend who said it was lovely and it arrived on time .

I placed the order as per 5pm instructions. This was very easy to do.

I got an email the same day to say my order was being processed. 2 days later I got another email to say my order had been processed. That same day, Glasgow went into lockdown.

2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything. I put this down to the lockdown, but I sent an email just to be sure. 2 days after sending my email (which was sent on a Saturday) I got a reply with an explanation and confirmation of delivery that day. The delivery arrived 30 minutes later, by the man who responded to my email!

I was very impressed with this and would like to say thank you for the excellent service! I'm guessing I got lucky as I live in Glasgow, and realise this may not be possible for other customers, but I certainly appreciated it.

Bought this as a present so have not tried the beers myself. Delivery was prompt but maybe would have liked the bottles to be packed in a more ‘decorated’ box rather than just the cardboard box they were directly packed in but not really a major problem.

So sent tins of lager instead of ordered bottles of real ale , made phone call and immediately resolved

The service was amazing. So helpful when I got into difficulties processing my Itison vouchers. It was sorted out promptly and the order arrived next day. I am thorougly delighted with the service and the product. I'm sure there will be a couple of happy relatives on Xmas day. Thankyou.
