Poor food

We visited Glasgow fort and looking for some food the outside of the restaurant looked good and the layout was good the staff were good that’s why it’s a 2 star I know it was a Monday night but they had very little selection of soft drinks but when we order a beer they didn’t have that either but the positive I ordered a bottle and was given this on the house again another reason for a 2 star, the biggest let down was the food the chicken was as greasy as anything the chips were over cooked but the Mac&cheese was okay but overall very disappointing visit and will not be back.

Zara

Zara, Glasgow Fort. Probably the worst managed store I’ve ever experienced. Massive queue for till to do an exchange. 0ne member of staff on til wearing a badge that said in training, she was lovely but the poor sole was left to deal with grumpy people who were waiting far too long on her own. Called over 1 member of staff who was on the self serve area, along with 2 others btw, to ask if they could get someone else on the til, he said he would try but he had to stay on self serve & they were short staff which was weird as all the people in the queue could see were assistants wandering around aimlessly, some with their face in their mobile. Bit ridiculous it takes 3 staff on the ‘self serve’ area with no queues and 1 trainee on the til with a massive queue! And where was the manager whilst all this was going on? Must’ve been on their mobile too, goodness knows but A switched on manager or even a fully trained member of staff who actually understood basic customer service would not allow this to happen. Very unprofessional & weak! Goodness knows what it would be like on a Saturday or closer to Xmas.

The place to be honest is a joke

The place to be honest is a joke. Car parking is atrocious, with signs that could confuse the most intelligent of people. People shooting up in the toilets whilst "security" turn a blind eye. No shelter from the elements anywhere. Save your sanity and goto Braehead or the City Centre

Completely unwilling to help a local football team who live on their doorstep with fundraising efforts. Not even in their outreach to the retailers within the shopping facility. For context, the request was a small raffle prize donation.

Went to exchange THREE faulty items…

Went to exchange THREE faulty items that were received as Xmas presents and told I could not without the receipt. The manager was then involved and the attitude and hostility was appalling. When asked to give their name they said they “didn’t have to” and no staff wore a name badge. When writing a complaint online to then they constantly asked for an order number even though I told them it was a store purchase. Horrendous experience and will never shop with them again.

I love Zara unfortunately this is the worst Zara I’ve been in, I’ve tried the shop on 3 different occasions incase they were having a bad day. Each time I visited they only ever have small sizes left, I felt like I was in a jumble sale, no order with clothes and not appealing to the eye. The changing rooms are the dirtiest I’ve been in, clothes hook was also broken, I had to put my own jeans on the floor and they were covered in dust and debris! Won’t be back, should come with a health warning!

Great range of fantastic shops

This place offers a great range of fantastic shops, allowing you to browse while enjoying a bit of exercise. The bonus of complimentary parking and the availability of food/coffee options in the middle and at either end of the shopping area enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the play area makes it a big hit with children.

stuck at a restricted dining table.

Went in for lunch at Wagamama yesterday only to be seated at a table that does not have a movable stool, do wagamama think that everyone is one size or I felt like I was sitting in a child's highchair, so restricted. However a couple of older ladies came in and got the same area as us again the woman automatically went to move the stool and to her surprise also it didn't move, so I wasn't the only one feeling a bit restricted. I think they should ask people where and what table they might like to be seated at.
