Frankie kept us updated as he progressed through the removal of the old boiler and installation of the new boiler. He recommended a Baxi boiler and it is fab! He was very polite, friendly and helpful. He even cleaned up after himself and anything unusual that he encountered did not phase him. Even though he had to make a few trips for additional items he didn't charge one penny above his original quote which was a very reasonable price. He is very professional and a perfectionist. We would thoroughly recommend this company and will book again for the annual service.

First time I used Absolute Gas Services for gas boiler service. Frankie responded quickly to my initial enquiry, and came out promptly to do the job several days later. AGS attended to investigate my faulty boiler within an hour of my call. Problems were diagnosed quickly and parts were sourced and fitted same day. I was provided with options and suggestions before committing to costs. Follow up calibrations to my heating system were covered the following day with no hassle. All round good, honest and professional customer service.

I called absolute gas services with an old boiler breakdown last Sunday evening and got through to someone straight away. The engineer ( Mark) who attended on Monday morning knew exactly what he was doing and and it was clear when it was opened up the boiler would need replaced.
Two guys were back ( Thomas and Gary ) to supply and fit a new Combi on Tuesday. They were efficient , tidy and very well mannered.
