It was really easy to order over the phone. The person I spoke to was really helpful. The process was quick and simple.
The facecoverings are a lovely design, good quality and fit well over the face. My face is a little chubby, and I am happy with how they fit over my face and back towards my ears. They also have a metal over nose area. I'm probably not going to use the filter it comes with, as the material outside and inside ( 2 layers of cotton) will offer enough protection.
There was a slight delay in the the package arriving which was most likely due to the security around COP26 event being held in Glasgow, with major dignitaries and heads of state being in Glasgow. I wasn't the only person experiencing a delay at that time.
Quick and easy process to buy.

Delighted with the masks I bought. They are adjustable, fit closely to the face and have removable paper filters to add to the level of protection. I have tried various masks over the months and have found these ones the most comfortable and robust.
