Ordered two dresses. Two weeks later after they had supposedly toured the USA, they arrived with a China post label. The dresses are useless, nothing like the video shown on the order page. Cheaply made from very cheap fabric and badly sized. For the first time ever a 3xl has a 26 inch waist. Absolute garbage and have been offered £4 back when the order cost £35. Now they won't reply so we are going through PayPal as we have since discovered they are a fake Chinese scam company. Oh and Facebook won't block them!

Scammer...no product...no contact...no customer support!

Even their positive reviews are scams ..all the same with first review from the US totally false!!!!!!

Cant give no stars so have had to prees one star .the dress was very poorly made and the material is nothing like what it looks like (ie stretchy ) no buttons down the front and totally horrible .no invoice and after e,mail asking to return dress ,offered £4 comp but I,m declining it .Scam alert !!!!

This us a scam and I demand a refund

I didn’t even want to rate 1 star, but had no choice. The dress I purchased is very poor quality and nothing like the one advertised, the seams and hems are twisted, it suppose to have buttons from the v neck down to the hem, there are no buttons at all. I am having no luck whatsoever, trying to get a reply from them, so that I can return it, therefore I’m in limbo, as there doesn’t seem to be a return address or invoice. Where all the positive feedback is coming from I do not know, I’m sure it must be a scam!

Items are dispatched from America and returns need to be sent back to China!

This is not explained on their website.

Do NOT buy anything from here unless you are happy to loose your money.

I was charged a a different amount to what their invoice showed. £13.99 dress became £22+. Waited a month for delivery and was sent a totally different dress of s*it quality. It wouldn’t even go over my shoulders and wasn’t button through as stated, was a totally different fabric. Offered a £2 refund then a £4 refund and told that was the best they could do. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought a dress that looked great quality with the model displaying it for £17 then these scammers take over £20, even though everything about this business says they are UK based on supplying tracking they send you details as if the item is traversing America arriving at different states going through customs leaving America then arriving at our customs before delivery. This is all a ruse taking time to get to you if it arrives at all, then on delivery the dress is of less quality than a dish cloth so when asking for a refund they offer the usual £2 but after demanding a full refund they say there is nothing wrong with the quality but will ask the manufacturer to improve the quality. Avoid Avoid and report to Trading Standards these scammers need closing down and prison.

I ordered the blue patterned dress. It was dreadful.
On the package there was a return address so I returned it. Apparently it was the wrong address. No refund they offered me £4. The return cost was £3.68 on top of the cost of the dress. Ive contacted the company and no success. Dreadful Scam Scam!!!!

I bought a toy from them and it doesn’t work. I was charged £22.63 for this item which was more than advertised. It is absolutely rubbish. I sent an email to their customer support site and their reply was useless. How they get away with advertising their products on FB beggars belief.

Purchased 2 waterproof flawless air cushion foundation online… biggest waste of time & money! Order took forever to arrive and when it did it was a complete waste of money. I’m puzzled as to all the reviews claiming how great this is - not sure what I’m missing? This product is poor quality, “cheap” coloured/texture… certainly not as advertised. I contacted company and was offered £2 (£1 each) compensation on products and told to give it away if I didn’t like it. I said no, and asked for refund, was told not possible. Don’t buy from this company. As the old says goes, if it sounds (or looks) to good to be true, then it probably is…. Save your money!!

Scam company waited over a month for some brushes that I wanted. First they overcharged me then the goods didn’t arrive.

They keep telling me that the goods have been delivered and have checked with the fictitious delivery company.

I tried to cancel an item within a couple of hours of ordering it.They told me it had already been dispatched,I've proof it wasn't posted for two days.The item was three times cheaper on Amazon and I said I'd return it. The item doesn't perform as it was advertised anyway. Now I'm having difficulty getting a refund from them. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company.

Dress advertised wasn’t what I received. It was awful. Not stretchy or flowing, not nice material. Too small, wouldn’t go over my shoulders. Customer service offered me £6 compensation. I refused. I so wish I had read trustilot before ordering. Learnt a lesson there.

Pity they don't have a minus on score.i bought 2 dresses same size different colours same style,I struggled to get 1 dress on and the other I couldn't get over my shoulders there was no invoice no returns address.dresses were not as nice as those shown either,cheap fabric and skimpy

Do not order from this company . I ordered a dress and after waiting a number ok weeks it came, absolute rubbish not what the website advertised. They had the cheek to offer me 5 pds

If zero stars was an option, I'd be using that as they don't deserve even one star. I stupidly ordered a dress online from FB advertising and did not check the reviews for this company first. BIG MISTAKE on my part. The dress I received was a different style, VERY poor quality and about 3 sizes bigger than the labelled size. The website has a .co.uk address, totally misleading as it is not based in the UK but in some UNKNOWN COUNTRY and SHIPPED VIA USA. I have sent numerous emails to the company asking for a return label and refund but have had no joy. They offered me £2 refund after about 10 email, we are now on the 16th email and they have offered me £4 - the dress was £18 plus postage which came to around £22.50.. I have sent them a copy of their returns and refund policy which they are certainly not adhering to. I am awaiting another reply but think I will not see my money. The dress is of such poor quality that I will be putting it in the bin as it would be an insult to give it to a charity shop.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Ordered a dress online from FB advertising - I should have done my research! The received product was of inferior quality and did not have several specific unique design features that were highlighted in the advert. The website has a .co.uk address (misleading) but on tracking the item's delivery I say it shipped via the US which makes sending the product back too expensive to warrant it. SCAM FRAUDUELNT AVOID!

No email confirming my purchase and then took more money out than the actual price stated and still havnt recieved my order apparently its a Chinese company and its a scam
