I have been using Glass and Wick for about 6 years since before lockdown. I absolutely love these wax melts . I have been getting them now for so long I know all my favourite melts and order when in season.

The customer service is excellent and I feel valued as a customer.

Absolutely stunning!
The entire Glass & Wick experience has been amazing. Trying to pick a few scents from the array of divine sounding combos on their beautiful website was too hard for me, I wanted to try them all! So I opted for the wax melt subscription box and my first month’s arrived - I’m blown away! The packaging was lovely, the note inside with the scent description was bang on - and the scents of the melts were just sublime. Not overpowering but strong enough to permeate gently through the house. A beautiful journey of scent. I was planning on it being a one-off treat but now I can’t help but wonder what next month has in store for my nose, mind and general sense of well being, I really can’t wait to receive them, highly recommend x

Absolutely beautiful scents, luxurious products and lovely packaging. I discovered Glass and Wick recently in a gift shop and ordered more online. It was such a positive experience. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve loved this companies wax melts since my first purchase, they are the best and always beautifully packaged!
I recently had an issue with a delivery and Bianca looked into it and reissued a replacement promptly, she’s lovely and provides amazing customer service! My order was for my first candle which arrived today and I already know I will be hooked!

What can I say myself and my mum have been using these wax melts since they began and I'd say they are the best out there !! They come beautifully packaged you even get a freebie in the box , if you have problems and need to contact the company they reply within half hr very polite even if its a query about a problem you have , everytime I order im just waiting to recieve and sometimes wait is too long lol I always store them on a shelf in there boxes in my livingroom and the smell before I burn them is amazing and goes all around the house and then when I burn them its heavenly and it smells for days glass and wick are defo the best out there I wouldn't use anyone else .

I have been a subscribed customer for 2 years now. Extremely impressed with the fragrances that G&W create. They smell fantastic and I get giddy when they arrive! Been in touch with them today and they responded with offers of help and support as I couldn’t get logged in to their website. So with their assistance (Joe) I was sorted! Also shout up for the north as they are a Nottingham based business! Brilliant

Changed to G&W when my longstanding wax melt company closed down - I love love love these scents - they are amazing
I buy monthly and just started their subscription too and the peach and almond is divine - I love the grapefruit and the orange blossom

I emailed to say the last batch of wax melts I received had very little payoff and what I did get lasted about 30 minutes, I have used these melts from the beginning and they have always been amazing, I emailed the company and was so disappointed with Bianca’s reply, she basically blamed firstly my burners then because I hadn’t had hardly any payoff with one melt I put a few different melts in to see if that helped, she then proceeded to blame that, I sent her photographs of my different burners and explained the situation and why I had done what I had done, after she told me what it could be and I explained my story she completely ignored me, how rude, I am really upset, obviously Bianca had no more excuses as to why the payoff wasn’t as good, so instead of letting me know this she completely and utterly ignored me. I just think this is rude, what a way to run a business.

I absolutely adore these products. Extremely High quality products and service and the aroma’s are outstanding.
Beautiful wax melts and they look so pretty.
Particularly care and attention on a personal level is taken on the packaging.
I would highly recommend this delightful company and you will not be disappointed.

I’m new to this company but I’m already OBSESSED, they smell so lovely and not in a synthetic way like many do and are really pretty (before and after as they have petals in them) I’ve messaged Bianca a couple of times and she is lovely…I would honestly love to gatekeep but also know the importance of word of mouth.

Just received my 2nd order of wax melts (have now tried 4 different fragrances). They are all fabulous, long lasting scents that really do fill the room with a beautiful subtle fragrance. Excellent quick delivery and a hand written note of thanks which is a really lovely touch. Cannot recommend highly enough….

I will leave my review once again. Amazing waxes ,durability of fragrance absolutely outstanding.Very unique wax melts ,so if you are looking for something completely different, look nowhere else Glass&wick is so far the best.

NEVER WOULD MY WIFE HAVE THOUGHT SHE COULD LOVE A SCENT LIKE YOUR ONES. SHE HAS TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERYONE OVER LAST 5 YEARS YOURS ARE A MILE APART WILL NEVER NEVER USE ANYTHING BUT THIS NOW SOME SAY EXTRA STRONG BUT NEXT TO YOURS THEY ARE LITTLE MORE THAN A BACKGROUND SCENT

What can i say about Glass & Wick except Wow, Wow, Wow. I have tried lots of others but this company is by far the best, high quality products and beautiful fragrances with a natural smell. The throw fills the room with an exceptional lasting fragrance, my two favourites so far are Myrtle & Sandalwood and Japanese Plum & Rhubarb. The attention to detail is amazing too. When you receive a package, which is eco friendly, you can see the care and love that has gone into the products, from the beautiful wrapping to the handwritten note. I have just ordered the 24 Days of Scent Wax Melt Advent Calendar and cannot wait till it arrives.

I ordered some wax melts recently after seeing Glass and wick on instagram. I chose Bluebell fragrance. My order arrived quickly and the wax melts quality is superb. I’ll definitely be a return customer

This company is really excellent in its service, products and customer care. All of the soy wax melts are exceptional, lasting fragrance beautifully presented. I have been delighted with each fragrance I have tried. Today, I burned the Orris Root & Violet that arrived yesterday , it is absolutely beautiful. The throw fills the room and beyond ! Best ever 🥰 Very personalised service too. Have recommended to my friends.

I wanted to love these…but sadly the scent throw is very weak/mild and does not last.
I chose 3 different wax melts and sadly none are of my liking either, I did try to reach out for some guidance a few days ago via Facebook and email, but thus far have had no reply back, hence the negative review.
I wanted to love these but will stick with Scentsy for now as I know what I am getting.
