It's hard to get off second floor onto a
Ground floor even though I got a very modern brand new flat as nobody wants to move up stairs and only people with the same kind of place you have want to move with you, upgrade account don't help people living upstairs get on ground floor as nobody will swop even if you got brand new home so don't waste your money upgrading if you live in a flat 😖
