I wrote and asked for help ordering and no one answered my request. I finally ordered what I wanted but I would not work with this company again

The tracking information is inaccurate and unclear, showing an item arrived in the United States days before it actually did according to USPS. Give yourself lots and lots of extra time for your item to be delivered because you can’t trust the information given. Also this feedback email is sent mere days after purchase. No possible way to review the actual item.

The glasses are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Except one arrived broken at the stem. I have sent photos and multiple emails. Also sent a message through their website. No response. Two glasses for 120 bucks plus the import fees, shipping. Now I have just one glass for that amount.

I don’t need the branded stuff, this works just as well for my needs. Was surprised how sturdy it feels.

Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The design is delicate and beautiful, feels way more premium than the price. Worth it.

Ordered the Hawaiian glass and through the order process I payed with PayPal it took my money but never finished the order.
How is this possible????????

Simple, does the job. Quality is okay for this price. Nothing damaged, shipping time was 2 weeks as expected.

Love it when a product is just what you expect. No drama, no surprises. Came on time, looked great, and functions properly.

I knew it wasn’t an original product, but it gets the job done. Quality feels decent and looks good. Took exactly 2 weeks to arrive.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to give credit where it’s due. It says 2-3 weeks, I placed the order on Monday and received it by next Thursday. Packaging was solid, nothing was damaged.

I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews, but my order arrived in 4 days, nicely packaged, and the product looked exactly like the photos. It’s genuine and feels premium. I’ve used it for over a week now with no issues. Will buy again!

Ordered an item where I misunderstood the description - no fault of Glasscias - and they were awesome about the return. The glass ordered is very nicely made, just not quite what I thought it was going to be. They're letting me try it out as well so I'm eager to see how I like it. Thanks for a great experience!

I originally order 2 same glasses and got one different and contacted Matteo and he took care of it immediately and sent me a the correct one

I was very worried these glasses would not arrive in time but with one quick email my fears were over! The glasses came packed so beautifully and are truly exquisite. I know they are costly, but I always believed you get what you pay for! And I did!

I first experienced the beauty of the wine glasses dining at a three-star Michelin restaurant. The glasses are extremely fragile and difficult to ship and although great care was taken in packaging my purchase some glasses were broken upon arrival. When I reached out to the company they were sympathetic and shipped out replacement glasses in a short period of time. I'm extremely happy with the company and I executed a second order so I could give the glasses as gifts.

The quality of the product just cannot be matched. The glass I ordered is so beautiful and the quality is substantial. Takes a little more time to receive the product but is totally worth the wait.
