Badly fitting keep sliding down my nose.

Ordered online. Plenty of interest and returned calls at the purchasing stage, however the after sales leaves a lot to be desired. Didn’t actually get any info on when they’d be arriving, despite being told a tracking no etc would be emailed to me. Glasses arrived with one leg obviously sitting a lot lower than the other. Apparently they are checked before they are posted, not so in my case. I was advised to take them to a local optician to have them adjusted. Local optician adjusted them and charged me for doing so. Unfortunately they still aren’t right. Will be emailing Glasses 2 Go as I’d like to send them back for a refund. Wouldn’t purchase from this company again.

Hi. I've been going here since before they computerised their customer records and long before they actually had an eyesight testing facility in their expanded premises. I agreed to drop them a review when I visited in the New Year.

I'm not local to Cricklewood so they only see me once or at most twice a year but I'm always amazed that the boss remembers my name. They always have an excellent selection of frames and I cannot remember ever going there and coming away empty handed. Spoilt for choice in fact.

The prices are very competitive and the quality excellent. In what must be 20 years, I've never taken anything back as faulty. I so surprised to see these negative reviews on the site. Is there another company with the same name? I just couldn't think of a criticism if you pressed me.

Not a criticism of the place - more an observation. Getting there by public transport, if you are not fairly local, would be a challenge. Take a car if you can but the area is mainly resident parking only with a few pay to park bays just outside the front door. Going on a Saturday makes this easier.

Was not impressed they charged me£20 for field test spectersavers only charge 10.i was not happy with the lenses they put into my old frames I can actually see better with out them.not happy atall

You only find out how good the service is when things go wrong.
Only received one pair instead of two , rang them up ,they apologised and within two days the second pair arrived. Highly recommend glasses2go

Sent me teh wrong glasses first time. then sent the right frames but no correction in the lenses for the distance between my eyes (despite me saying on the notes when buying them that I would need help with this). I know have two useless pairs of glasses.

I have ordered for a Hublot eyeframe. Paid full amount from my credit card.
You have not sent me the dispatch details or something regarding the order so far.

Glasses very good for the price, did not have to wait long in receiving them. My only complaint is you can only email them. There is a telephone number when you call, but tells you to email them.
