Amazing service. Great communication. Would highly recommend.

I was unsure of what exactly I needed to order as my opticians refused to tell me my pupil distance for my prescription.
I contacted the company explaining my confusion. Allan got back to me and helped me figure out exactly what I needed and what my PD would be. I then sent my glasses off to and received them back, completed, incredibly quicky. I was nervous that my PD wouldn't be entirely correct as I had measured at home but they used the information I gave them and the glasses turned out perfectly. Very happy and will definitely be using this company again for any future glasses I need sorting.

I've just received my glasses after having new vari focal lenses inserted. They have a good line of vision and are very clear. I found the ordering very good online although I nearly made the mistake of ordering coloured lenses rather than polarised. Allan at Glasses Outlet (GO) asked me to confirm this and so rectified my error. Sometimes the wording is confusing in the description of lenses and the various types. (Note to self to research wording more) GO kept me up to date in how the order was going although I had to ask whether my glasses had arrived as I was slightly on edge ordering on-line. These glasses have come in at under half price than the high street so don't get that ripped off feeling. I'll definitely use GO again. Cheers.

Sent in my glasses for a lens replacement for updated prescription. When they were sent back, the arms had been bent outwards, to the point they are now falling off my face. When tried to contact them about this they became argumentative. Very unprofessional.

**UPDATE** in reply to latest reply from the shop. The glasses did not require "adjustment" before you got your hands on them. And I requested a charge back as your customer service was not helpful and became argumentative with me on WhatsApp.

My hubby wanted his very expensive Ralph Lauren Glass's (not sunglasses) to be used again - his eyes had altered slightly - BUT - & here comes the but - on the High Street a private optician said they couldn't use the R Laurens & would cost about £600 for new lenses & new frames - absolute madness - So he went to Specsavers - & they quoted about £450 - absolute madness again - they were v reluctant to use the R Laurens or any old frames - even if they were impeccable - in case the frames broke - its a optician SCAM - they say that so U only buy THEIR FRAMES - so I did a bit of Googling & saw very good reviews for Glasses Outlet - well folks do not be afraid of ordering lenses in frames EVER AGAIN- they promptly answered the phone straight away for some enquiries my hubby wanted - & sent off the R Laurens in a small box tracked of course - paid a very very low amount compared to the Scam opticians on the H S - v / focals was about £110/120 - so way lower - sent & received back in 7 day's - & Glasses returned in perfect condition with perfect lenses - 1000% recommended - 1st class service - ( p.s it begs to ask - if this brilliant company can DO IT - then why not high street opticians)! - because they only wanna make themselves richer & & U POORER....
