Issues resolved, glasses are great

I had an issue because my child’s glasses took way too long to be shipped, but I did contact them and the problem was addressed right away. Glasses then came quickly and as advertised. Thank you!

Their packaging time is extremely long and they are dishonest about frames that they actually have in stock on hand. Then when you question customer service they are rude.

Scammed by GlassesPros

Well, to say we are disappointed is an understatement. It's been nearly 3 weeks, no glasses and no contact from GlassesPros. We've been calling for a week and the phone just rings, sent an email no response. Feel completely scammed out of my money not to mention we really needed the glasses. I'm going to the Atty General for help
This has been terribly stressful

We did finally get contacted today, if all goes well we will receive our glasses.

You all wanted a review for my glasses…

You all wanted a review for my glasses that I have yet to receive since June 11,2023!! How frickin hilarious!! It shows my order status as complete and you have my money BUT……HERE WE ARE, JULY 1,2023, AND I STILL CAN’T SEE!! No UPDATES FROM YOU!! All I’ve received is a GROUP EMAIL a week ago saying something stupid about your companies issues with shipping or something to that affect! I’ve reached out 3 times now. Today, when I logged in, it shows no tracking number and a status of completed order! REALLY? Other reviews show 2 days ago, 4 days ago, 5 stars and soooo satisfied! What a frickin JOKE!!!

took my money and no product

We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

Thank you, a 💯 times thank you!!! My son glasses frame broke twice and the place for glasses where ridiculous insane with the price they where charging. That was the first reason I 2 days searching for a place to purchase,at first I was skeptical to purchase because I have been scammed before. Long story short best decision made.
frames were deliver on time, perfectly packed,dropped nicely, the fitting was excellent and there was no imperfections. I'll definitely will recommend this website to the parents that as me have same issues.
