Didn't send tracking info, when chased told me not shipped (was outside for 3+ weeks)

Didn't send tracking info, I emailed multiple times to chase..... then they told me it wasn't en route; then they did. Then they told me it had been delivered (3+ weeks ago). It was left outside in a box under a lid, I'd never have found it. Asked for a discount - did not provide. Bad customer experience vs. any other website.

I'm obsessed with Glassette! Have probably done 10+ orders and love everything I get from there - I've also taken to buying gifts for my friends and family from their too as they're so unique and seem much more thoughtful!

I had a terrible experience with glassette…

I had a terrible experience shopping with glassette.

I ordered a product from them and close to 2 weeks later it had not been shipped. It turned out that the product was sold out online and they hadn’t realised and also hadn’t realised my order had been fulfilled - but had taken my money none the less.

Customer service offered me a free shipping code which definitely didn’t make up for the experience. Now it’s 2 days before Christmas and I have to panic buy another present. Really disappointed with the service.
