We had 5 glass units replaced and the black rubber wedge gasket on almost every window in the house replaced. Jeff replied my initial querie on a Sunday and came to see the windows on the following Monday. He kept in touch and helped us deciding what was best. Two weeks after the job was done. On schedule, no surprises, very tidy and clean. Highly recommended.

Really excellent service on a recent replacement of 3 window glass units. Jeff was responsive, on time for everything, kept in touch by text,and did a great, clean and tidy job. He even fixed a couple of minor issues on some doors when visiting to give a quote for the main piece of work! Would highly recommend.

Jeff has just replaced six misted windows at my house and the difference is amazing. Jeff replaced all of the double glazing in our conservatory. The new windows are fitted really well and we are very pleased with them.Jeff took time to explain about the various types of glass and advised on what was best for our needs. Jeff answered emails and texts quickly. He turned up when he said, did the job that we agreed at a decent price.
He instantly got in touch to give me a partial refund when I overpaid him, so he is decent and honest as well as reliable, tidy and efficient.

Had 2 windows to replace and Jeff came out to quote quickly and measured up. Whilst waiting for windows to be made (a day or so) another window also went. Jeff came out again quickly and measured and updated quote. Had 3 windows replaced and Jeff was polite, friendly and professional. During fitting he was also extremely tidy worker. Great service will use again should any more window panes break down.

I realised several windows in the new housed have condensation problem when I moved in. Did an internet search and came across GlassFix website, from the first call that I made Jeff appeared to be very professional, we agreed for a time that he comes and inspects the windows, afterwards he gave me a quotation for the new windows that seemed quite fair. After I agreed, he visited for a second time to do exact measurements for the windows to be made to measure. He came a third time with the new windows to fit them, he was very thorough and clean with his work and completed fitting 6 windows in about half a day. Jeff is without a doubt one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with, he even detected a problem with one of the frames and agreed to come back the following week to fix that and again was on time. The new windows look immaculate, overall fantastic service, couldn't be happier about it.

Jeff replaced several of my double glazing window panes both leaded and unleaded. They look wonderful now. Overall, he did an excellent job.
