Jeff is a brilliant fitter. He fitted 14 new panes in my house very quickly and tidily will no fuss. Excellent finish and our house looks so much better. Very reasonable prices and great quality work and windows. Will defiantly use again and recommend to anyone needing window replacements.

Can't rate Jeff highly enough. So refreshing to find a tradesperson who is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, courteous, provides a top-quality service and at a very reasonable price. We needed several double-glazing panels replacing in our windows and Jeff did a first-class job. Will be recommending his services to all our neighbours.

Needed 3 misted windows replaced in my conservatory. Jeff provided a prompt quotation and arranged fitting as soon as the glass was ready. Service was quick, easy and very professional.

I asked Jeff to replace a double glazed sealed window unit in my lounge. I was really pleased with the work he carried out for me , the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Glassfix.

Jeff came out to quote for a blown window replacement, while he was here I also mentioned about a UPVC door that had a hole in the bottom panel (due to cat flap from previous owner). That same visit he took the panel from a secondary door, replaced the panel with the hole and swapped over the handles on the door. He measured up for the window and said he would let me know when it was available for fitting. Jeff called me a lot sooner than expected to say the window was ready and came the next day to fit.
Very quick, efficient and polite. Great value for money. Also has great knowledge on products and offered some great advice.

Super quick and reliable. I must have called three different window repair companies and the other 3 failed to get back to me. Jeff, answered my call and came out the same day to measure and quote. Even though it was COVID and Jeff was inundated with calls, Jeff got the glass and came out quickly. Lovely chap and excellent client care.

2nd visit from Jeff ! (following an excellent repair,
to a shattered French window, earlier on in the year,). Jeff has done a superb job replacing our 'blown' leaded windows & old seals..spot on. As promised, on his 1st visit, Jeff also replaced badly worn seals on our front door which makes it look brand new. Jeff is so well prepared & skilful, takes a pride in his work & has gone above & beyond our expectations. Jeff also helped us out in acquiring new white door handles to put the finishing touch to a brilliant job. 'Thank you' to Tom for his help & assistance...both guys worked so hard & have the same work ethic/ high standards. So pleased we found Jeff. Many thanks for an EXCELLENT job, at a fair price.

He is a very conscientious and reliable tradesman who wants to and does do, a very fine job. Great at communication always prompt and tidy. I had condensation in between the glass panes in one of my double glazed windows (hardly an exciting job!) and got in touch with GlassFix, among others, for a quote. Jeff was extremely responsive, very helpful and arrived for the free quotation and the actual fitting on the days and times he said he would. He was polite, professional, friendly and I felt very comfortable, at ease, and at no point did I feel pressured. He certainly stood out from the crowd and I'd wholeheartedly recommend him for the above reasons, and for the quality (and efficiency) of his work.
