Product is great but after sales not so much
Product is great but after sales service was terrible and exchange policy is unreasonable. This company helped with my design but when we changed the type of corner connector, they didn’t explain the spacing of the glass changes as well. So I purchased all the recommended products and attempted to install the next day. Started with the spigots and quickly realized the glass wouldn’t fit due to the changed corner brackets and I couldn’t accommodate the spacing required to make it work. I wanted to exchange the glass for one size smaller but was told they must adhere to their policy even though it was the next business day and I hadn’t even taken the glass out of my car yet. And the attitude from the staff was absolutely appalling given the situation. I literally had to throw out the glass and repurchase new panels (purchased elsewhere as I refused to give them a dime more). Buyer must be 100% sure of their design or risk having the same unfortunate result. Like I said at the top, the product is good. Just triple check all dimensions before you buy. Lesson learned and they will not get my business in the future.

This is due to the custom nature of our products and the fact that we cannot guarantee the fit for every unique project. Furthermore, as noted in our policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for glass panels because of their fragility and the associated risks once they leave our facility.

The railing system product is very good
Your railing system product is very good. Your installation instructions are incomplete and not very clear.
Yout ordering process is erratic and mistakes were repeatedly made in the specifying items needed for the railing system.
The online payment process did not work. Had to call to make payments.
Shipping to the US was very slow.

Terrible customer service
I needed to change the size of one sheet. It was just over an inch too long and it was only a week after purchase and still in exactly the same condition as when picked up. But the policy of not allowing any returns for any reason, which was not to be seen on the website or when buying, but only showed up on a paper I signed, without fully reading, acknowledging receipt when picking up the glass, and after it was loaded, at the shop. A terrible way to treat (fool) customers generally, and totally unnecessary in this case, since the sheet could have going back into inventory after inspection. So I had to buy another piece of glass to finish the deck and now have one that I can do nothing with and will have to waste by throwing it out, which makes me even more angry.
