When complain, they block your account and refuse to provide services
I never in my life (have any business in the world) refuse to provide me a service, Glass Vials is an exception. They sent completely wrong order (2 out of 3 items was incorrect ) so I posted in the order section a comment "what the f guys, this order is wrong". Received an email stating that we have refunded you and we won't provide you any services in future and they literally blocked my account. It is very strange that the business cannot take a complain, regardless of pressure or what not, businesses have to go through a lot of customers and some complain if they are upset about receiving wrong orders. I am still unsure what made them block me or refuse to provide me services. My complain? My use of word f? They didn't like my name? Regardless this should not be the case ever. It is disgraceful that they refuse to provide services to a customer just because they complained about receiving a wrong order, that is insulting, so even if they unblock my account I refuse to use their services and advice the same to everyone else. There are better alternatives available, it's not like they don't have competition. Instead of providing good customer service to overtake thier competition they do this instead and start blocking existing accounts on complains. It's a shame, even businesses smaller than this have more respect for their customers than glass vials and I have been Glass's customer and supporting them since they were an ebay store thinking small Australian businesses should be supported. Not anymore. Glass Vials are insulting and disrespectful. I thought this review might be helpful to someone else, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted a second of my time on them.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language and threatening nature towards any of our staff. Unfortunately, you have been deemed to be abusive towards our staff, and it is very unfortunate because, as you stated in your review, you’ve been a valued and long-time customer of Glass Vials.
We have recently seen an expansion of our business, which means more orders, additional staff that require training and more errors on our behalf. Once we identified that your order had been packed by one of our new staff members, we refunded your order and sent a replacement.
I understand this was problematic, as you had stated, “I am completely out of stock” however we tried our best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
Like some businesses, we are seeing a staff shortage, so we value the great team we have become, so introducing a zero-tolerance policy is imperative for the health and well-being of our staff.
I wish you the best of luck in the future
