My son and I went to the store knowing what we wanted a Stressless Reclining chair:-
A lady greeted us at the door and directed us to the right department a further assistant found us brochures and samples . The gentleman that had a wide knowledge of the Stressless products was most helpful . Chair ordered job done

We were grateful for the support in viewing and selecting bedding for someone other than ourselves. The advice we received was helpful and informative.

Great service in store from Nigel. Delivery was much quicker than expected and delivery staff were courteous and efficient.

Peter was amazing and met all our needs and expectations! We will be returning again as we were very impressed not only with him but with the quality of the whole store entirely.

We came in looking to buy our first sofa and carpet, Ben guided us through the whole process start to finish, he expertly found us exactly what we were after and we were sold.
Ben then helped us pick a matching carpet alongside James to compliment our new sofa and now they are both in, they look great and are exactly what we were after. James helped us measure our living/dining room up for the carpet and get us booked in swiftly for installation and deliveries. Both made the experience very settling and couldnt recommend them more!

Fantastic service this weekend. Peter was knowledgeable about the range of beds, mattresses and headboards and was patient while I took my time to choose from the many available options. Got a good price on the sale and Glasswells will hold my items until I'm ready to take delivery.

Ben Saunders was an example of how to help a potential customer, polite, patient, knowledgeable about the products, and was not pushy, and he is the reason we will come back to Glasswells again.

Staff were very informed and helpful. Ben was very efficient. Quality of goods on show was of a very high standard and an extensive range was available.

Lovely, supportive approach to my dad who is nearly 90 and wanted to buy a bed and a wardrobe.

I have ordered multiple items through Tom in the last few months. The personal touch is appreciated. Takes the time to explain and go through specifics.

There were a good range of products for all budgets, Tom helped us select the right bed for our needs at a competitive price. We will be back for more furniture and curtains soon.

Very helpful service offered us a few options very pleasant young man . We weren’t quite ready for the kitchen table and chairs but no problem storing it for us and delivered on time when we wanted it nothing was any trouble very happy with the service will definitely shop there again

This was the first time we have used Glasswells. The choice was emense. No pressure sale techiques but plenty of staff available when required. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful

We are new to the area and had been recommended to Glasswells by friends. It soon became clear for the reasons behind their recommendation.
We were in the Bedroom section where we were served by Peter. He proved to be a very courteous and knowledgeable member of the Glasswells Team. He relayed information on a range of products ensuring our understanding and he responded to our questions in a very clear and relaxed manner. He was by no means "heavy sell" but rather the reverse. Having given us all the information we needed, he gave us time to think and consider before proceeding to complete the transactions with detailed explanations as to next steps etc.
In summary, we considered Peter to be an excellent member and representative of the organisation and we have had no hesitation in returning to him subsequently for further guidance, support and purchases.

This lady Rachael Duncan was very polite and helpful to me to dress 3 of my bedrooms i really appreciated her time spent with me. Thank you for all you did. In total I spent about 300.00

Walking into Glasswells is always a pleasurable experience as the quality of furniture with the knowledgeable staff helps to make it a welcoming destination.
We came in to look at the offers on wardrobes and were meeted & greeted by the friendly Lynne +Carl who answered all questions asked.

Glasswells is a traditional business offering high quality products and excellent customer service. Shopping at Glasswells is an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Glasswells.

Glasswells customer service goes above and beyond in my experience. Staff go that extra mile in making shopping in the store worthwhile that they return again and again and any queries with a product purchase or delivery proactive in their response to resolve the issue/query.

Staff were courteous and extremely helpful when I enquired about a particular item of bedding. As they didn't have it in the Ipswich store they went to great efforts to locate the item in another one of their stores. Once it was delivered to Ipswich a member of staff called me to let me know, and when I called to collect the item in question there was a helpful and courteous member of staff to hand it over to me. Excellent service. Thank you.
