Too much information from the panellists present but too little time - so it's either the panellists are reduced or time be increased.

During the activity I was able to understand and differentiate the 3 types of empathy which is the emotional, cognitive and lastly the empathic empathy which is distinctive from each other.

It makes you reflect on how you do your own business affairs. Good chance to pause.
